I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly! Jenn may have other specialties, but I've always known her to have magical talents with curly hair. Wifey made an appointment for me and I'll be a loyal patron from now on based on that experience. I got a style, an education about curly hair, entertainment, an affordable fancy schmancy product (turns out my all-in-one body wash, breakfast beverage, shampoo, and earlobe lube wouldn't work anymore), and a bit of confidence about how to handle my new luscious locks. Been going here for a while and instead of speaking with me in a mature manner, she told me right before my next appointment not to return. Very first time the subject was even mentioned. Refuses to clear any misunderstandings once the issue was raised, just a good-bye text and "I'm not taking your feedback" to be better. Very unprofessional to handle a situation in this way after almost 3 years and not once a mention of she'd 'rather not discuss this or that'. Sadly this isn't the first time she's dropped someone over her lack of communication.
