I went there with three of my girl friends tonight and it was an AWFUL experience. One of my friends got a pedi while the me and the other two girls got a mani. The one getting a pedi said the water was burning her feet so bad she had to take them out. she told the lady and the lady said that she was fine. for us that got our nails done, they're super thin, insanely uneven, the paint is peeling off ALREADY. The employees were super rushed and so rude. An employee dropped a bottle of nail polish and it got all over my girls shoes, jeans, and shirt. the guy said "sorry" and kept going. the prices were so upcharged and unfair it isn't even funny. none of us got what we asked for and none of us are happy with the services we received. i seriously do NOT recommend this place. they were SO rude. read more

I knew better than to come here after past experiences and recent reviews, but against my better judgment; myself, my daughter and my mother went to this salon for manicures and pedicures. I picked out a color and when the lady started painting it, it was a Barbie sparkly pink and I had picked out red. So I let her know I didn't like the color. She painted over the pink with a red, but it still was not the color I had picked out. And by the time she got done, my 5 year old could have done a better job. My daughter asked for a specific color for her nails , and the lady picked out her own and was not what my daughter asked for at all. She said something to the lady and she acted like she couldn't understand my daughter and continued to paint her nails the wrong color. My mother wasn't impressed either with the work the lady did with her, she did however bring her own polish so she did receive the color she wanted. I also had two women who without a doubt either worked there or knew everyone that worked there that day across from us and was very obviously staring at us and everyone else they could and when met with eye contact just rudely stared back. It was very strange and very weird and very rude. The family next to us, that brought their teenage daughter in mentioned to the women that they didn't get the services they paid for (a massage that was apart of the package they bought) and after that only their language was spokeD and the woman who was giving my pedicure started hysterically laughing at the employee who ended up giving the girl the very brief massage. The entire experience was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I will NEVER be back to this establishment again. read more

I should have listened to the reviews and found another salon, but my friends and I were going to the movies after and this was the closest nail salon. We made an appointment for 3 people for pedicures. We spend a total of an hour here, but only around 20 minutes each actually receiving services, and it was basic. I could have done the same pedicure at home. My favorite part is the massage...she literally spent less than a minute on each leg/foot. :( read more

I went in the salon for a full set on Sunday afternoon at approximately 4:45. When I got home I noticed that my nails had not completely dried and had the gel polish had smeared. I went back to the salon for them to fix the issue. The man that had originally done my nails was there and when prompted from another tech, I pointed him out to her. Of course they choose to speak anything but English ...but we proceed to repair the mess. On Tuesday, I noticed two more nails are smeared. I WILL NOT go back because CLEARLY they don't know what they are doing. I strongly recommend to RUN from this salon. I called a day head of time and made an appointment for myself and three other people . My friends waited an hour to be helped I waited an Hour in a half to be served. The staff was rude . Then the women cut open my toes to where they were bleeding. I asked for a design and as you can see my four year old could have done better. ( I never leave reviews especially bad ones, but wanted to warn other people ) . They then charged me $10.00 for design extra and full price even though at that point I did not have time for massage or any extras . This was a terrible experience it was something nice my cousin wanted to do for my aunt and I for Mother's Day. Save your money. This was my first time here. We were at the Pinnacle and decided to get our nails done. I got gel polish on my fingernails. The lady who took me was very rude and rushed through painting my nails. She wasn't even looking at my fingers while she scraped the buffer over my nails, and ends of fingers. When she polished, I barely had my hand under the light, before she was asking to switch. Then she took her fingernails and stabbed down each side of nail bed to unglue the skin from the nail where polish was globbed. My polish was chipping off by the next day and by day 3 my nails were all chipped and it looked awful. I have never had this happen at any other nail salon. Instead of soaking one of the nails off the guy tried to pull it off using a fake nail and caused the nail to bleed. The nails were unshaped and were bumpy. DO NOT go here. Have you ever wondered what it feels like to get your nails ripped off and then stabbed?? Well I'll tell you how that feels, awful. The lady put my nails on crooked and two broke within three days. I went back to get them fixed and everyone was shocked. The lady rushed over and started ripping them off, no hot water to soak in. It hurt so so much. Then she re-did my nail with the wrong color and I was not going to pay for that. They charged me an extra five dollars for plucking TWO hangnails... I am never going back. My daughter and I went to get basic pedicures which are $28 each. They wouldn't stop until we agreed to gel polish. We wanted regular polish but they insisted. The pedicure took 15 minutes. They flew through it. When I went to pay the total was $86. I went from $28 to $43 each because of the gel polish and only received 15 minute pedicure. Very disappointed. They will charge you whatever they want depending on who does your nails. I came for a fill in 3 times. On the weekend with one person it was $38, during the week with another it was the right price with 20% off it was under $30 then yesterday with a different person on a Monday he said he gave me 20% off and that the regular price was $41. not true...when I originally got the full set it said $40 and they charged $50. this is why they give "free" wine I suppose. They do a good job but I feel like I'm being ripped off!! I shouldn't be charged something different every time for the same exact service. read more

I've never written a review before, but after my experience just now I had to. I've been here several times and was usually happy with the service and how my nails looked. Tonight I had to wait 45 minutes with no warning. When I called before they said they could get me right in. I said I wish I someone told me to come back so I could shop around while I waited, I was told I "didn't ask" how long my wait would be. My nails were very rushed and sloppily done. When I brought it to the attention of the person doing my nails he said it's because I only got a polish change so that's why it's messy. I will not be coming back here again. read more

This review is based upon my second visit here....note the first time (in December 2018 cause I live out of town) was by a mother/ daughter duo and our nails were beautiful and lasted for weeks afterwards. So, I was back in the area and thought, I'll go have one of those ladies to do my mani....Upon entering the salon this time, I asked for one of the them - I was told unpleasantly that "they no longer here". Ok, so a guy named Tom (I think) did my gel mani and unfortunately was the worst mani I've ever had in my life and I've been at this for well over 15 years!!! And I've had my nails done from Virginia to California, in many different cities. He was not very friendly first of all and honestly in a very quiet salon at the time seemed like I was a bother just because I was a walk in. My cuticles were not attended to and looked pretty much like they did when I walked in....which was needing a manicure!!! I'm assuming the gel was old because it started peeling within 2 days on multiple nails. After I had left the area I noticed that two nails didn't have the top coat on. So, eight nails looked shiny and two looked matte. I did not go back to have this applied to my nails and I will not go back to this less than average salon to spend money on a less than average service. read more
