They are advocates of some of the best beauty and hair products, and always have the best attitudes to back it up. For the most part, I am styled by Hollie, Allison, or Wendy; however, plenty of other ladies are as equally qualified!! They have a variety of services besides hair... such as, nails, make-up consolations, waxing, and even tanning. There is also a boutique in the front of the salon with items that range from clothing to jewelry, to premium beauty products, etc. The team moved salons last year... and what an upgrade! With all the hard work they put into doing what they love, it was well deserved. Thank you all for always being the salon to count on. The cost of my pedicure $55.00 great price. Poor service. But the kicker. I go to pay and wanted to use my check Card and machine was down and having the sign looks like it is down at lot. I gave the lady 2 $100.00 bills and she handed me $15.00. I told her that was not enough change. She couldn't add either because she thinks $55.00 & $65.00 equals $135.00 and I didn't pay attention and realizes it should have been $120.00 until I was driving home that I was charged too much. Plus, she has to count it 3 times. I was given change for $135.00 not a $120.00. I was frustrated by that time; I didn't catch that I was being charged too much. I originally scheduled an appointment here to get a perm based on a friends suggestion that I get…read moreone. When I showed up, I met with Chloe and we held a short consultation about the perm. This made my nerves relax some as she suggested that I not get it, due to my hair already having enough wave to it. So perm was scratched but I desperately needed an uplift to my hair. I went with a balayage and a haircut. Let me start this with -- I have a LOT of hair, and it's decently thick. Chloe was more than accommodating by taking her time and using a ton of foils in my hair. The process took a couple hours, and when we first got back to the chair from the washing--- the toner was too light for my taste. Chloe told me we would dry it to see how light, and I just wasn't comfortable with how blonde it was. No problem.. she promptly took me back to the hair washing station and added a darker toner. The results? GORGEOUS. I walked in a dark brown with red tones and walked out as a bombshell with golden tones. Not only did she take her time, but she also gave me a how to lesson on how to get the perfect beach wave curl. Very happy

After my second appointment here I couldn't even get an appointment scheduled. Not really sure why, I just think that it is extremely unprofessional to tell a client that you will schedule an appointment and then never get back to them. Even after reaching out again and being told the same thing I still was not able to get an appointment scheduled. I just feel that it was really rude and unprofessional, I'm not going to mention any names as I don't feel I need to, I just wanted too put this out there so that people know how unprofessional this place of business is.
