Not only could the tech not follow the tattoo line, she basically plucked all of my eyebrows!! I paid for waxing, not plucking!! So it hurt like hell and she still couldn't follow the tattoo outline!! She was heavy handed on the wax and failed to make it look clean. On top of that she was slow! A whole set of people came in and left twice by the time she was done! And it was incomplete! What a mess!! The ambience is nice but these ladies have no idea what their doing. She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money.
