When I called to schedule an appointment, my call went to voicemail and was never returned. When I followed up a week and a half later, the receptionist rudely insisted they had no records of my paperwork. When I provided the specific dates the VA confirmed receipt, she argued with me and repeatedly refused to provide the name of the referral staff member she was consulting with. I had to ask four times just to get a name so I could report the issue back to the VA. As a veteran, dealing with this level of disorganization, hostility, and poor communication is entirely unacceptable. I notified the VA of this experience and requested a referral elsewhere. I would not recommend this place anyone.

I ended up paying more for a partial highlight that I did for a full highlight 4 months prior. When I had questions about it the student tried to explain to Ms Clark what actually happened and why I shouldn't be charged that much Ms Clark acted as if I was verbally assaulting her by asking questions and just kept repeating that she "wasn't doing anything wrong" and "this was absolutely correct" instead of actually answer my questions. The student was remarkable, her name was Ireland and she did an incredible job. Another student, I'm not sure of her name, came up to me because she could tell I was upset and said that people complain about the instructor all the time so I wanted to make sure to share incase no one else has. I'm aware this is still cheaper than a regular hair salon and I don't take that for granted but paying double than what I originally thought because of sneaky charges isn't cool and what made me leave regular salons.
