This is the Poorest medical practice I've ever encountered. No calls returned, referral for hematology was never done after five weeks. What was the purpose of the forms and my bringing in my records? Either Ashton dropped the ball or her office team is incompetent.

I went back for a second appointment on Tuesday and did not have a great experience. I left the spa feeling like I just wasted $100+. Dr. Reeves and the whole Reeves Eye Clinic staff are the best in the area, as far as I'm concerned…read more I'd been to another local ophthalmologist before switching to Dr Reeves and, by comparison, the two doctors were like night and day. The other doc was abrupt and impatient and he didn't want me to ask any questions. His demeanor indicated that he just wanted to check my eyes and get on to his next patient. Afterwards, I felt like I'd been on an eye assembly line! Next!!! For this visit, Dr. Reeves came in, looked at my "chart" and looked at my eyes and he talked. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also took the time to discuss a genetic eye disease that I just found out that I have. From beginning to end, I was treated like a special patient and when I left the clinic I was totally at peace with the care I'd just received. I've already recommended Dr Reeves to a friend, who's already made an appointment to see him. My eyesight is very important to me, as is my time and the specialist care I need to keep my eyes healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Reeves.

They provided really good directions and there was ample parking when I arrived. Unfortunately there was a terrible auto accident on US26S and I was held up in traffic and arrived a little late but the Doctor welcomed me and was very understanding . Both the Doctor (Kim) and her Assistant/ Secretary (Rob) made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable. The facility was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Since this was my first visit the Doctor had to review my medical record while I completed a new patient data form. Even so, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes maximum before being called it to see the Doctor. In my experience I found her to be very intelligent, professional, polite, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. I really liked the way that she listened to my concerns and actually appeared to care about my well being. Instead of being like so many doctors with the DICTATOR complex she actually explained things to me in a manner that I could easily understand them and she suggested a number of options for me to consider and choose. However, I must clarify that the Doctor was very professional and she did counsel me on my weight and the ramifications and dangers to my overall health and well being. But then she countered with very sensible and viable solutions so I can also say that she is well rounded :) t was a very pleasant doctor visit if there ever was one :) I would definitely recommend her to all of my family, friends, and colleges alike.
