The secretary told me that there would not be any appointments for weeks to go to urgent care instead. He's has the warrants for 2 days and they've been spreading for 2 days, never had an issue with warts. it's unacceptable that this office would not accommodate him for something contagious. There's rarely any dermatology emergencies. I called another dermatology office in Glendora office and explained what the issue and that it was an emergency since it appeaes to be contagious and they are squeezing my son in, I will never go back to Boston dermatology, my wife nor kids will not be returning. Patience care is not a primary responsibility of Boston Dermatology. So for anybody that has an emergency, that's dermatology related, where it does not happen often.Do not go to Boston dermatology.Find another place that will have better patient care. Dr Saeed Jaffer you should be aware of how existing patiens are being treated by your staff, in unacceptable and because of that you have lost a an entire family that obtains treatment from you regularly. This place seems like it's all about making money on aesthetic procedures. ZERO STARS!

I was disappointed with my experience with Mariana at the front desk. She initially told me she was ready to take me in, so I stood nearby and waited. While I was waiting, something seemed to come up and she was speaking quietly with another coworker. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. After waiting for a while, I finally asked her for an update. Her response felt impatient, and she told me she couldn't take me in because the doctor was still with another patient. I had no problem waiting, but I would have appreciated being told that rather than being left standing there expecting to be taken in. What bothered me more was that once a room became available, she called another person in ahead of me, even though that person was still completing their paperwork while I had already finished mine. For me, the bigger issue is professionalism. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact with patients, and I expect patients to be treated with courtesy, consistency, and professionalism regardless of personal feelings or preferences. Staff should not use the small amount of discretion they have--such as deciding who is called in first--in a way that makes a patient feel singled out or dismissed. Unfortunately, after waiting for so long without a clear update, and then seeing another patient taken in ahead of me, I could no longer continue waiting and had to leave without being seen. That is what made this experience particularly disappointing. Dr. Wang provides excellent care, and I hope the professionalism and communication at the front desk can better reflect the quality of the medical care he provides.

They reviewed our insurance and were able to give her an appointment the very next morning! I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. The office is clean and bright, and the front desk staff is friendly and calming. My daughter saw a nurse practitioner who took her concerns seriously and gave her a very detailed treatment plan and clear next steps without immediately jumping to more aggressive treatment. Other places that I have been into the past didn't compare to the VIP service that I receive here. The doctor, Melody Riparip is very professional with her craft and knows exactly what you need even if you didn't come for it! I came to them without an appointment to have a facial done. They were kind of busy, but Prixie the nurse said that she would be able to squeeze me in if I was willing to wait. I said it would be ok as long as it was ok with Dr. Melody. As i waited, I sat in one of their massage chairs having my milk tea boba. I started to dose off. I'm not sure if it was because of the food that I ate or if it was because of the indoor fountain that gave it the right ambiance. As I napped and snored (says the little girl waiting for her mom) my troubles away, Eva, the manager, woke me up and said that it was my turn to get prepped. As I was cleaning up my drool (kidding!) I went into one of the rooms to wash and clean my face. As I waited, Prixie came in and applied a topical anesthesia to numb my face. I had them do it one time without it...I wouldn't recommend it! Anyways, Dr Melody came in and I told her that I would like to have my monthly facial. Extraction here and there with a couple of shots that needed to be shot! She said that I was need of a daimond peel, which was microdermabrasion procedure. She told me the reason for it and I decided for it to be done. If you think she was getting more out of me, she wasn't. My last visit, I went all "metro on her" and I asked for fillings and botox. She laughed at me and told me that I was still too young and that I didn't need any of that except for my monthly facials. Other places would say "yeah, let's do it" even if I didn't need it! So I'm very fortunate for them. My extractions were done and followed by my diamond peel. Dr Melody was very gentle but was rough when she needed to be. Afterwards, Prixie gave my daily regiment of creams and lotions. That completed my monthly visit. MARC clinic is not only a facial clinic, they are also a medical clinic as well. They specailize in family medicine and also have a health and wellness program. My session prices: 1) $800.00 (w/ medicines) 2) $600.00 3.) $600.00 Building: Since they are expensive, I expected their clinic to have a modern and unique ambience. Their clinic does not exemplify the quality they give. Price: It is expensive, be prepared to drop a few hundred dollars. Maybe more. I stopped going to them because they are overpriced. I went to a much more affordable and improved dermatologist in the Philippines that treated my face and removed the acne scars that Dr. Angeles left me. Now, I have no acne.

They could not have done more or been nicer in helping me out with a skin lesion on my forehead that might be cancerous. It would be hard to find a better office to go to for what I was looking for. Doctor explained everything perfectly and acted in my best interest. That is what I look for, beside not getting overcharged. This is the only office I found that doesn't play the "see you first and bill you after, for whatever it comes out to, without telling you up front what to expect" game almost every other doctor's office does to hide the high cost of health care in the United States.
