I went in exactly one month after I gave birth due to a full body rash. The rash was unbearable! Prior to coming here I saw multiple doctors and none could figure out what it was. Terrible office. Made an appointment with this dr Within 2 hours I cancelled my appointment due my busy schedule. They charged me $50 for cancellation fee because it was within 24 hours notice. I have super complicated skin and emailed them via their website to find out more information on their acne solutions. Without even seeing or hearing more about my issues they emailed me back about accutane. I'm not even considering accutane as I don't think my acne is as intense for accutane, but to jump straight away into this as a solution without virtual or in-person consultation is a bit odd! I know accutane works amazing for many people, but there are people that can't or won't go on accutane since it very hard on your body. read more

I found this dermatologist office on Yelp. I knew right away by the reviews alone that I would be in good hands. I needed to find a good doctor that would help us figure out what growth my 8 year old daughter had on her cheek. I called, asked if they take PPO Cigna insurance and they did, i got an appt right away within that week. Upon first entering the office is VERY clean and decorated beautifully. The views are great from the rooms. The doctor is VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Had great bedside manner. I even got my mom an appt here a couple days later and she was very happy with this doctor and their service. Wonderful experience with Dr. Robles! I've been struggling with eczema on my hands for years. This worsened for me with recent clinical/surgical training where after scrubbing in my hands would crack and bleed under the gloves. That and having to wash my hands throughout the day left them inflamed and painful all the time. I tried absolutely everything and topical steroids just weren't helping anymore at all. My first appointment with Dr. Robles, he went hard. He prescribed Dupixent and some topical steroids as well as gave me an IM steroid shot so I could start getting some relief asap. It's been six months and I am very happy with this combo!! I recently moved away so I scheduled one last appointment to make sure I had coverage until I can find a new dermatologist. My hands no longer hurt and I am able to perform my normal daily activities without worrying if my hands will crack open and start bleeding if I happen to get them wet. It's been wonderful! My son and I have been going to Dr. Robles for ~15yrs, across multiple different medical groups. He's always been easy to interact with.

It is unusual to find a great dermatologist. I had a form of eczema on my palms that was painful with swelling,cracking and at times unbelievably itchy. My former dermatologist had not been effective in treating me. Dr Robles, Ally and the team have been great. First treatment effectively reduced all symptoms by 80% in a matter of days. Second treatment increased that to 95%. They helped me reach out to the providers of the medication and for a year I will not have a deductible for it. The medication is mailed to my home and I won't need to come back for four months. That is very convenient to me. Highly recommend!!!!! read more

I put off, for many years, treatment of a nasty mass that was growing in my eyelid because I was petrified at the anticipated melodramatic runaround so prevalent at American doctor offices. I almost made a special trip out of the country to avoid it. Words cannot fully describe my relief after arriving at Dr. Robles' shop. The front-end staff were very NICE. They were helpful and ran on time. They got me in the next day! I was not buried in a deluge of illegible, multigenerational photocopied legal papers. They had a very simple release form to sign and an email health questionnaire where the dumb questions were optional, very nice. There were no large-screen TV's blaring pharma ads. It was quiet and serene. Then I met Dr. Robles who set me at ease immediately. There was no screwing around, no ten-day loading doses of anything, no drama. Dr. Robles just said: "why don't you lay down over there and let us remove that thing." And that's just what he did. A very competent young lady named Ellie did most of the work with Dr. Roble's assistance. 15 hours later the area is resolving very well. Please don't ever change! read more

I went in for Laser treatment, skin spot removal and Botox. The procedure was quick and an easy process. The staff were very friendly and Dr Robles was very patient and gentle with the procedures. I saw Dr. Robles myself a couple years ago, and today I took my son to see him. He and his staff are fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable - diagnosing any issues very quickly. I was not only able to get an appointment quickly, but once there - he was ON TIME! My last dermatologist kept people waiting hours after their appointment times - but not Dr. Robles! We were in and out quickly! I do want to emphasize that while he's in the room with you - he is thorough and takes his time. I have never had doctor who takes other insurance providers but not Blue Shield of California.... I really was hoping to see Dr. Robles....

We found that this place had 5-star reviews so we came here for my daughter's breasts discharging. They did not accept HMO insurance, so we paid with credit card instead and requested to have all lab work sent to Sun Lab only since it's covered by our insurance. The first time we came was on 2/21/24. Dr. Robles said my daughter had eczema on the areola so she had to apply Clobetasol and take Prednisone. We paid $135 with credit card. We came back on 3/1/24. Dr. Robles did not even examine my daughter's breast and blamed us for not telling him that she had hyperthyroidism when we already gave the front desk my daughter's blood test results from our family doctor. The results clearly stated that she has hyperthyroidism and what medicine she was taking. He quickly led us out of the room with a list for another blood test and told us we had to go to different lab immediately that morning since he said my daughter was lactating. I refused to go since the lab he recommended wasn't covered by our insurance, and I did not believe his diagnosis. He also ordered the same thing that was already on our family doctor's previous blood test result (the test was only 2 weeks old). This time, we paid $90 for returning patient fees. At the door, Dr. Robles smirked and told me to upgrade our insurance to PPO so we can go to any labs. We did not come back to Dr. Robles, nor took any tests he asked. Instead, we saw another dermatologist who confirmed that it's just eczema. Now, my daughter's breasts are completely healed. His office just sent me a bill with a charge of $200 for 3/1/24. They waited a few months to send me a bill that we have no idea is for. I tried to called the office, but they never called me back, saying that the girl in charge, Sara(?) was at another office. I don't understand why Dr. Robles and this place has 5-star reviews, not a single negative one. They have already taken so much money from patients, but are still hungry for more? read more
