The cust service rep was polite & knowledgeable. She said that it is best if I call the manufacturer directly cause I am the customer and will get a faster reply than her. She gave me all the product #, tel # and what to say. She said that she still can call for me but I will get the replacement part faster. So I called myself and the mfg sent the part within 10 days. but still the electrician can't make it work with the new part. I called LB again to ask for help. This time she said she will get me a replacement for the whole fan with the mfg. I got it within 2 weeks and this time it works. It looks and works good. Anyway...Chuck came on the day of our choice and he handled the installation professionally. He put cover to protect the countertop and cleaned the scene afterwards. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours. When he's done he took photos (guess you could say no, but we're ok with it). We were given a different lens to try before we decided on one. That's very flexible. Of course the invoice had to be updated a couple of time for lending an extra lens. The solatube brightens up the room. Maybe I need to add one more. But I'll just see how long this one lasts since you need to cut a hole on your roof. We'll regularly check the attic after rain/storm afterwards.
