If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Probably the worst customer service and overall experience with a business I have ever had! My husband and I gave this place a try when needing a lift kit put on for our first Jeep. The turn around was fast they completed the job! Fast forward two years, we purchased a Jeep Rubicon that just needed a quality 4 wheel drive alignment and maybe a couple other small issues corrected. We thought because they had done such a great job previously that we would be a repeat customer. In the beginning of December 2020, my husband went into the shop and explained what we needed done and what they would recommend. They gladly took our keys and vehicle and the man working the desk said he would call us once they had looked the vehicle over. After a week with no word, we gave the shop a call. The man working the desk was all over the place. For 10 minutes he told me about the wrong vehicle, I then corrected him. He then stated that he knew nothing of our vehicle and he would ask the tech working in the back. He told me the tech hadn't looked at it either and he would call me back once they had. I asked if they had our contact information and he said they did. A week later and no response again. My husband called the shop this time and same story, no one has looked at it yet and this time saying we don't have your contact information. We gave them two numbers to call and two emails. A week later went by and surprise, still nothing! I called and the man answering said the owner looked at it and would be sending me a quote shortly to approve. I called back 4 hours later after not receiving the quote. A different man answered saying they don't have our contact information so they couldn't send the quote. For the 3rd time I gave our contact information. At this point it is Christmas time, my husband and I were understanding letting the holidays go by without bothering the shop. Then New Years rolls by, still no information about our vehicle!! We called the second week into January 2021. To my surprise the owner answered. He said they didn't have our contact information and that he would personally send over the quote. For the 4th time I gave our phone numbers and emails. When I asked what was on the quote, he stated that he would have to look and wasn't sure off the top of his head, but he thought it needed a slip yoke eliminator. My husband and I laughed because Jeep Rubicon's already have that from factory. We knew he didn't look at our vehicle and was blowing smoke. You would think it is a bad movie, but hilariously we STILL DID NOT GET THE QUOTE! My husband and I decided we would just see how long they would keep our vehicle and not notify us about it. It honestly became a running joke in our household about how absurd this experience had been. In early February 2021 we had enough. It was insane how we had been put off this long, 2 months of basically storage for our vehicle. We were incredibly frustrated as this point and could have had the vehicle fixed 8 times over in this amount of time. We called for the 10th time over the 2 month period and a co owner of the shop answered this time. I expressed my frustration appropriately and just asked when they would be able to help us. The owner was incredibly short and laid out that our vehicle wasn't worth the shops time and effort. They had several vehicles (diesels) that had priority over us because they were spending more money. I was shocked at what I was hearing. He ended the conversation by saying we needed to pick up our vehicle and just get it serviced elsewhere. My husband and I drove down to the shop absolutely pissed. My husband walked in to find two other customers that were in the same boat! One customer was yelling at the man at the desk that they had messed up his truck, he spent thousands of dollars and it needed fixed immediately. The other was waiting to say a similar experience and drop off his messed up truck too. My husband finally got the attention of a tech who said he would get our vehicle. My husband clearly knew that the owner was in his office and asked if he could speak to the owner about how horrible the service has been. The tech lied and said that he wasn't there. It was so awkward knowing the owner was hiding in his office as his employees are getting yelled at by angry customers. That is such a bad business practice!! Another tech brought out our poor Jeep. He apologized profusely and said our anger was justified. He went on to tell us that several customers have either had bad work done and have gotten their vehicles redone several times, or have gotten placed on the back burner and been called to just pick them up. The tech said he would be quitting soon because the owners are taking on too many projects and don't have the adequate staff. Overall, my husband and I took our Jeep to another shop and had our work completed in 4 days! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! read more
