He offered to test my water and clean my filter on the spot even before I hired him. I immediately loved James' attention to detail and his care for doing a great job and delivering a sparkling pool. He cleaned my filter and tested my pool and went on with the rest of his busy schedule. The next day, I was given a reasonable estimate for ridding my black mold and for servicing my three pools. We hired James. It's been three months now and we are impressed and over satisfied with how James delivered. James spent a week working tirelessly to rid the black mold without having to drain our pool. We had a relapse after a few weeks and James went back at no additional cost and got it back under control. As far as our pool maintenance; each week we get an email from James with the results of the water testing, what chemicals he put in the pools to keep them at the right level, and a picture of our sparkling pools. Pools that looked dark and greenish before are now bright sparkly blue. Thank you James for being so amazing! You have taken a huge burden and stress away from us.

We received multiple estimates, and his pricing was among the fairest. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. Based on my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to him for a pool project.

What an AMAZING find!!! After parting ways with my prior pool service provider (that was…read moreinconsistent, unreliable, and inattentive), I was referred to Paul by a neighbor. I sent Paul a text and he immediately responded and seemed to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I needed an estimate for repairing and replacing some of my pool equipment that the previous owners of my home had neglected. Paul came out that same afternoon and offered several sound, cost-saving recommendations. I could immediately tell why my neighbor had been raving about Paul's service. There was something different about his attitude and approach and he came off as being very genuine and authentic. Paul then: 1. Took the time to test the functionality of my existing equipment before making an assessment; 2. Took the time to thoroughly explain how all the pool equipment works together and patiently described what was causing the issues I was having; 3. Provided me with a few alternative solutions to choose from based on what I wanted to spend; 4. Encouraged me to get quotes from other providers in the area; After receiving 2 other quotes (it turned out Paul was less expensive than the other providers), and based on my neighbor's recommendation, I ended up contracting Paul to correct all the problems he had detected in his assessment (i.e. a leaky pump, dangerous pool accessories that had been poorly installed, and unnecessary piping that was causing poor filtration and water flow to the pool). Within a few days, Paul corrected all the issues and within a week my pool and spa were absolutely sparkling clean. I then asked Paul to start servicing my pool / spa on a bi-weekly basis and over the past six months that Paul has been servicing my pool, Paul has been nothing less than professional, honest, reliable, and consistent. Paul also goes above and beyond when he comes to service the pool (e.g. fixing small things that he notices around the house that need to be addressed, taking in the garbage bins when I don't even ask him to, etc.) Simply put, I couldn't be happier.....THANK YOU PAUL...I appreciate everything you do!!!

We had Carl and his partner come out in Nov 2022 to give us a quote and the price was amazing and…read moreseemed like he knew exactly what we wanted! My wife and I were looking forward to working with them as they had great ideas. We were having a huge rock pool built and a bbq kitchen and 2 fire pits once the 3d drawing was approved demo stared. We had just had all the concrete stained so demo guy was supposed to use the back road as instructed but did not he decided to use the front and ruined all the stained concrete so Alfredo Carls partner that knows all how to build the pools said he would re stain it for free. I thought great that's awesome and was pleased with that response. Originally the back yard world be done in February but with all the rain it slowed us down a little then it went to June 1st it's now June 27th and it's still not done and 95% paid for. The rock crew suggested a s shape slide after looking at it and Carl asked me so my exact words " as long as it's safe" well to say the least we had 2 people almost fly out of the slide. I texted both of them videos and Carls response was "not my problem" then to top it all off they forgot to run All the wires for the my lights I had on my post so they had to cut out slots all over the rock. They attempted to fix the slide and it looks like garbage. Carl responded with sorry Alfredo and I or no longer partners you can take it up with him since he's trying to finish your project. Alfredo is a good man and is trying to make it all right but Carl is something else and won't own up to anything. It's costing me $9,000.00 to repair all the rock they didn't do correctly!!!! Unfortunately my lawyer is now involved as I'm a contractor and know all my rights and he did everything against the law and code he even asked for $45,000.00 for a deposit instead of the 10% or $1,000.00 whatever is less per CSLB I would never recommend Carl on anything he only came to the job a very small handful of times and out stop payments on some of the contractors checks so they stopped coming to finish what they started they left trash all over the place food beer cans etc.

He…read moreextorted money from us half-way doing a project and refusing to continue until we kept coming up with more money. The crew wouldn't show up for weeks at a time and thrashed our back-yard. This is all documented with emails, phone call records and texts. I also have pictures of the trash the crew left. The heater never worked, they spray painted parts of the filtration but charged us for replacing. The one of the actuators is missing, the unit came with two, they installed one and kept the other. Then to boot they built our slide into the neighbors yard and after three months of trying to get them to fix it, they came and attempted to fix it but it is still not done correctly. There are cracks and the paint does not match. They left concreate in the drain and the system is not (salt water) making chlorine. His excuse is that he "isn't doing pools anymore" and that he is injured and stopped responding. Anyone else use them and want to sue.... message me.
