He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. We received multiple estimates, and his pricing was among the fairest. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. I was contacted by Joel and he assured me that he can use his resources to find the parts needed to fixed my old unit and have it done at the fraction of the price of a new heater.
