What should have…read morebeen a special, seamless morning turned into a complete nightmare because of her total lack of professional boundaries, refusal to listen to client needs, and relentless insistence on arguing late into the night (AND morning) before my wedding. ​Refusal to Fulfill Requested Service: At 8pm the night before my wedding, I texted her a question, and she revealed for the first time that her salon's shampoo bowl was broken. My mom has curly hair, and I had specifically requested that her curls be diffused. Instead, Lauren offered a blowout (which does not work for curly hair) and refused to adjust the pricing or refund the service she could no longer properly deliver. ​ Disorganization & Ignoring Boundaries: Throughout our exchange, she continually confused my details, referencing services I never requested and people not in my party. When I tried to step away to spend time with out-of-town family before bed, she repeatedly called. When I called her back, she refused to stop re-explaining herself even when I reflected (accurately, according to her) back what she was saying. I told her that we simply disagreed and I understood that I had no recourse. I repeatedly asked for space. ​Crossing the Line: Pushed to absolute exhaustion by her continuous badgering on the eve of my wedding, I finally broke and told her I wouldn't be coming in for my own appointment. Then, she paused, became quiet, and told me I was just stressed out and she hopes to see me in the morning... then *again* tried to explain her reasoning! And then AGAIN on the morning of my wedding!!! I was absolutely flabbergasted. The End Result: She explicitly clarified that she would complete the remaining services in the contract with professionalism. I responded, fed-up with her repeatedly crossing the line, "yeah, of course you will, because you're a goddamn professional!" Without a word, she no-showed on my bridal party. They were all texting and calling me, wondering where she was. ​Because of the distress and chaos caused by her behavior, I spent the morning of my wedding bawling on the kitchen floor. I missed the first 3-4 hours of my wedding day, missed my First Look and bridal portraits, and my husband and I missed the entire cocktail hour with our guests. I arrived at the venue 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle. We got one day. One. A $30,000, once-in-a-lifetime day. If she responds, she'll probably talk about how she gave me a special price, agreed to come in an hour earlier when my day-of coordinator told me I needed to be ready earlier, and agreed to do my mom's hair instead of my sister's makeup (because my sister - and maid-of-honor - broke her hip and couldn't come). The services were the same price. What she won't mention? That at every chance she got, she reminded me of how accommodating she was being and how I'm lucky to have found her. ​While she refunded the cost of the services, a financial refund does not undo the emotional turmoil she caused or give me back the irreplaceable moments she ruined. I don't care how skilled she is or how much experience she has. Do not chance it. It's your wedding day. See screenshots.

Country, to Hawaiian reggae, to classic rock and everything in between. Now to the good stuff: The tanning beds are all luxury and KBL. Red light is incredible and definitely works. The staff: the FRIENDLIEST staff . So very very helpful and always willing to go above and beyond! All the girls are total dolls and don't just zone out on their phones but rather engage with customers and make you feel very welcomed. Willing to answer any question too!!! For reference - This is unlike many tanning salons, where the girls are usually distracted, seem bothered when you ask them questions about services, and are generally just kind of rude. NOT HERE! Actually warm and friendly women. Products: honestly... They stock some of the best items for Tanning/red light therapy in the industry and most are top sellers and are all backed up by science and research. Varying degrees of prices for products for everyone's budget. But sometimes... You get what you pay for! Meaning the more expensive tanning lotions are priced such as they are loaded with skincare ingredients, skin, tightening ingredients, etc., etc. (That's just my personal experience and take on things.) I cannot recommend this business due to their unfair billing practices. I came in to redeem a gift…read morecertificate that was explicitly purchased as a "Relax Package" which includes massage and facial. Despite the certificate clearly naming these services, the business forced me to pay an additional $20 out-of-pocket because their internal prices had increased since the card was bought. There is absolutely no fine print or disclosure on the certificate stating that prices are subject to change or that the customer is responsible for price differences. A prepaid gift should be fully honored when they sell it as a package on their website. Forcing a customer to pay extra for a prepaid package is a terrible business practice. The massage and facial were just okay. Not exceptional experiences.There were communication issue with the girl who performed my massage. The girl that did my massage asked if I would like them to work on my sculp that day. I was confused if she meant during the massage it facial so I asked. She said "Oh! You have a facial appointment too? Then I'll let her do that during the facial." However, the girl who performed facial did not perform massage on my sculp. I'm not very pleased with the experience and would not go back or recommend to anyone.
