The ladies who check you in and do the waxing are also very friendly. Booking an appointment is very easy on their online system. After checking in, they have a nice waiting room although you don't normally have to wait long. Once you're in, they take you to one of the rooms so you have privacy for your appointment. I felt really comfortable during my appointment. I did my chin and upper lip and it took maybe 15 minutes? After the initial appointment, I just booked my next one during the current visit and I was good to go. Overall, I highly recommend Radiant Waxing for price, atmosphere, and service!

Karen was my eyebrow waxer and the process was done so fast and I felt rushed. I've never had my brows done in 5 minutes or less. On top of that in the beginning of our session she went out to wash her hands quickly before working on me but she was busy talking more and what should've taken a minute or two took 5 or more minutes as I was laying down waiting for her. I have curly brows and she cut all those hairs out instead of working with my hairs and brushing them into place to appear fuller at the front and thinner at the ends like I showed her. I left crying and I wanted to requests a full refund because I am shocked. I've never had brows this bad. This needs to be remediated please. I'm from out of town and I really wanted to love my experience as she has so many great reviews but unfortunately this was not the experience for me. I'm in tears and devastated.

I wish this would have been double checked prior to being used on me because even if it's probably fine only happening once and (hopefully) it wasn't in a high dosage.. but was unable to confirm this - it still caused me immense anxiety that I really wish was avoided. I washed it off and emailed my doctor. But I still feel awful and wish more precaution was taken. This was my first facial since becoming pregnant (almost 27 weeks now) and I was really looking forward to it and thought I'd be safe here. Unfortunately I didn't feel safe and I wish I never came now. They don't have pregnancy pillows to accommodate pregnant individuals either.
