The ice is sooo soft and the flavor choice is huge. Also they offer 3 free cream toppings which is pretty cool. Definitely will be back

customers at the counter of a fast food restaurant

Honestly worst service ever the girl at the front counter gave us attitude while we were trying to decide with my daughter what flavors to chose from ...we just wanted something refreshing after a long day of work ... next thing I see is 3 girls walk in and her whole mood change she went from being rude to being nice well she was chit chatting with the girls that arrived so if your Hispanic just know as soon as you walk in you will be given attitude... the picture talks for itself... other than the negative review snow come the best service sucked

Good find for frozen treats - the texture is lile powdered snow perfection. 30 Flavors I think, we tried warermelon/honeydew melon & cherry/pineapple/peach. Both really tasty, bit would likely skip honeydew melon .... Cute, clean shop, friendly and helpful employee. Will definately return, looking forward to it actually!

We loved this place!!! The kids wanted a slush so we were actually on the way to Sonic when I remembered we have been wanting to come here. We were quickly greeted when we walked in and asked if we had any questions. There is a GIANT menu when you walk in that shows the 3 sizes of shaved ice and a bunch of flavor combinations you can get. To my surprise they also have Scooptacular ice cream which is one of our faves!! They do only have a few select flavors but hopefully they can rotate out (and get oatmeal cookie) but had good options. The husband decided on the Grasshopper ice cream which is a mint base with Oreo and thin mint cookie. He loved it. We also got a rainbow shaved ice which was red and blue raspberry with pineapple and a peach and passion fruit shaved ice. The smalls are big enough and love that they come with a little shield so you don't make a mess when eating. The customer service was EXCELLENT, the gal knew her stuff and was so friendly! It did not take long either to get our order. There is plenty of seating and the store was clean. The kids and hubs are already asking to go back so I'm sure we will be back very very soon. Oh and they also have a rewards punch card which is awesome as well!! Thanks for a sweet ending to our day!!

The best!!!!!!

Funny enough, my sister & I were watching Nonnas & the first ten minutes made us want the pastries…read more So, we stopped to think where could we get a pastry? I remembered this place. It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!

Hard and flakey on the outside was soft on the inside and then it had vanilla cream or you had a choice of Nutella. I'm really glad I do not live anywhere near this restaurant. Otherwise I'd be there every other day, getting one of these, they were so good. They had gelato and an original cannoli among with so many other desserts! You got to pick your shell and filling for the cannoli. My MIL said their gelato tastes like it did when she traveled to Italy. All of the desserts looked AMAZING. We went there with my MIL for Christmas Eve dinner. My dish for dinner was ok but I should have got the lasagna as it was a smaller portion than what everyone else got.

The matcha flavor was seasonal and sadly out of stock, but the taro was so good I ended up glad they didn't have it. I showed the lady working a photo from Yelp and asked her to add white chocolate. She was super sweet, informative, and patient. There are so many topping and flavor options--your dessert is only as creative as you are. Everything was clean, and it hit the spot on a rainy day. Did I say SO GOOD?! Because... seriously, so good.

One of my favorite dessert spots in Arizona!…read more Parking can be difficult since there isn't many spots and the lot is shared with other businesses Service was friendly and welcoming Their menu has a variety of agua frescas, fruit cups, and paletas! Pricing is very reasonable ($5-10) There is an option between a plain ($4.75), half-dipped ($5.25), and full-dipped ($6.25) paleta. There are 15+ flavors to choose from (e.g. taro, matcha, horchata, etc.) After, you choose a chocolate dip and top it off with toppings and fruits! Soo many fruits and toppings to choose! I got the dark chocolate dipped taro paleta with coconut flakes. It had a subtle taro flavor and wasn't too sweet. Pretty good but wish it had a stronger taro flavor! This was a 8/10 for me The horchata agua fresca ($3.95) was super underwhelming and nothing special. It was very sweet and didn't taste freshly made. This was 5/10 for me Would certainly return and recommend
