After pointing out the issue, the cashier insisted that I had ordered incorrectly, showing a lack of customer service. However, Kiley stepped in to save the day! She was amazing--attentive, kind, and focused on ensuring I was happy without any complaints. I believe Robbie also came by to reassure me that everything would be taken care of.
