There are so many choices and so many ways to make the smoothie your own! I opted for the Vegan Nutty Super Grain and I'm now the proud owner of a new Smoothie King rewards account. It's such a great balance of flavors, most notably the banana and peanut butter, but I don't hate that! My only caution is to take a look at the break down if you count macros. Those carbs will creep up on you! This smoothie was the perfect cool-off meal to keep me (relatively) on track with my wellness goals. I'll certainly be back!

Finding street parking nearby was quick and convenient, and upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the vibrant, energetic, and colorful interior. While the customer service was excellent, the beverage unfortunately fell short of expectations. I ordered the **Açaí Energy smoothie ($10)** and found it remarkably bland. It was difficult to tell if this was a one-off preparation issue or if it was made according to the standard recipe, but it did not deliver the flavor profile expected for the price point. While I highly appreciate the welcoming staff and inviting atmosphere, I likely won't be returning to purchase this item again.

I went close to closing and got excellent fast service. I do believe that they own the Berthas Soul Food that is located next door as well. The inside is small, with only one table with 4 chairs and 2 couches. No bathroom for customers so not the best place to hang out for awhile. A bit too quiet inside, music should be a bit louder. I like their food menu - didn't try it this time but lots of stuff to try. Very cute decor inside. Will be back.

Yesterday I stopped by Mova Nature yet again for the #WomenRunBaltimore deal. I checked-in via the…read moreYelp app and got a free fresh pressed juice with my smoothie bowl. This was a great deal since the juices are normally $9! The smoothie bowl was $10 and sooo worth it. It is probably the best smoothie bowl I've ever had - no exaggeration. The first green flag was that the granola was already gluten free. No need to worry about substitutions or upcharges. And it was THE best gluten free granola I've tried so far! Super crunchy and not too dry. The second green flag was that the base was made right there on the spot. You could see Kelli behind the counter mixing it all up fresh. The third green flag was that Kelli double checked that I was OK with honey being added on top. I love honey but appreciated this extra care being taken since some people may want to omit that for dietary purposes. I also tried a green juice this time, the Garden of Eden. I normally don't go for green juices but Kelli recommended it. It was really refreshing and unique. It wasn't my favorite juice I've tried here, so I probably wouldn't get it again, but I still enjoyed it! While there's only one smoothie bowl option on the menu as of now (the signature bowl which is topped with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, hemp seed, and honey), there are more options coming soon! I can definitely see this becoming one of my new favorite treats. Mova Nature is right near my gym and is sooo much better than the chain smoothie spots nearby. I've never tasted such a fresh tasting smoothie bowl!
