Very healthy very delicious smoothie Fresh press juice I got a bowl that was very satisfying. The location I went to is Pleasant clean. Staff was OK. read more

The staff are always pleasant and professional. The product is always fresh and delicious. The store is usually neat and clean.

I went into the store on a wonderful Sunday afternoon. I open the door and the music was blasting so loud, completely filled with profanity and sexual degradation. On Sunday, I visited your store and was shocked by the music that was playing. It was extremely loud and filled with profanity and explicit sexual lyrics--completely inappropriate for a business environment. While I'm not easily offended, this went far beyond what I would consider acceptable. The music was so intrusive and vulgar that it created an unwelcoming atmosphere, and the staff seemed unaware or unconcerned. I ultimately left without making a purchase. This was a very disappointing experience and does not reflect well on your business. read more

I'm never disappointed at Pure Raw Juice. I hadn't visited this location in awhile, but it's still great! I always get the traditional acai bowl and the fruit always tastes fresh. read more

Cute restaurant. The staff are always polite and welcoming. Pure raw doesn't sell wraps and this location doesn't have oatmeal. But if you're looking to get a good smoothie, fresh juice or "smoothie" bowl this is the place to go. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the smoothie makers often get caught up in conversation and will make your smoothie at their convenience. read more

This is a quaint juicery located on York Rd. They have multiple locations around the Baltimore area. My favorite smoothies are the Almond Butter Cup and the Beet Me Up. Their cold pressed looked amazing. I got a Flu Shot on my most recent time in and the ginger in the shot uplifts the senses and energizes. Amazing! They do a lot of doordashing so if you have a slight wait, don't worry, the drinks are worth it!! read more

The bowls are always consistently good and the staff is polite. Also, they work hard to ensure your order is ready at the listed time.

This review is only for the tropical smoothie & the Traditional bowl. I was unable to get to the actual location however my son & friend brought me these 2 items which were great!! Although they were a bit melted by the time they got here, I just put them in the freezer for a few hours and they turned back into a nice slush-tropical smoothie with a pleasant mix of fruit flavors and very tasty & refreshing. I'd give the tropical smoothie 4/5 only because I felt it could have had a bit more fruit & less orange juice (personal pref)-size was perfect for the price! The Traditional bowl was delicious! It was actually large enough for me to get 2 meals from! For a price of $9.95/bowl it was packed with fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, blueberries,açaí, coconut) with granola and the blend of fresh fruits to make the smoothie base. Overall I was definitely happy with my choices and recommend this place for a healthy meal or juice or snack. Out of all 3 of us we were all happy with our smoothies and bowls! I will be going to this place myself soon! Definitely give the bowl a 5/5! Now looking forward to finding one opening closer to our house:) Stopped here on 6/12/20 to get my birthday bowl before coupon expired and had bogo. We got a pitaya bowl with mango, strawberries, blueberries, granola, bee pollen & hemp seeds. I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Had a taste that wasn't too sweet but just right. The fruit was cut to perfect size for eating & base was perfect consistency 5/5 I got an açaí traditional bowl with blueberries, strawberries, granola, coconut, & fresh honey. Have had this bowl before but this time it was perfectly made! Not sure who was making the bowls but they nailed both. Thanks for the birthday coupon and I would have come back anyway but you made my day and I ate the entire bowl in one sitting-hard to do. I'm definitely coming back & recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy drink or food item. Definitely 5/5. read more

I wandered into this spot for the first time, after picking up an order from a neighboring restaurant. Nice environment, friendly-enough staff, nice music to listen to while you wait. Speaking of.. the wait time was a little long with just two people ahead. The drink was worth it, I believe. Got a tasty tropical smoothie on a hot summer day, so all's well that ends well. read more

I got one of the acai bowls. I've been here before and loved their bowls. However, this time I got some different kind of granola and was not a fan. It's their regular granola and I don't remember it tasting the way it did. This one had seeds in it. Not a fan. Would try the hemp granola next time, which is an extra charge. read more

the service is always respectable the ambience is always quiet. The food is delicious my best go to and always delicious.

I often find myself drooling over Pure Raw's bowl photos on Instagram, as I make my own yogurt bowls at home, with less fancy ingredients haha. I was delighted to finally have the opportunity to try their unique flavor combos, with some ingredients I've never heard of-like Pitaya, and some ingredients I never have in stock-like hemp seeds & matcha powder. We opted to split a Health Nut & a Matcha Mango- both were stacked with toppings, just the perfect amount to blend throughout the base- each had a really bold, yet delicately balanced flavor profile. Very delicious ingredients-fresh fruit-well tasting powders-and crunchy nicely seasoned granola The bowls are a nice large size, though at $10 each, I won't become a regular- I would love to go back to try some of the other flavors. read more

This place was phenomenal and a breath of fresh air. I was in Baltimore picking up a car and the person I was waiting for was in a meeting. Instead of waiting in the city I found someplace to grab a nice healthy juice and it happened to be in Towson. This nice little street with plenty of street parking and a few specialty shops. I got my very first Açaí bowl and it was packed full of goodness! I really enjoyed the fruit, coconut shavings, and granola. I also got a smoothie. The prices are not cheap. I think I spent $42 for 2 smoothies and an açaí bowl. But everything was fresh. The line was not long and it was very easy to find the location. Apparently there are others in this area. I will let you know more if I find another. read more

Pure raw juice is a great smoothie stop if you're looking for something a notch above a standard smoothie chain. The Violet smoothie has blueberries, pineapple, beet, banana, and their cashew milk. It has a nice balance of flavors and not too sweet. I'm not sure if it was their cashew milk or the banana, but it had a really interesting and nice texture. It was very busy when we went, which is perhaps why the wait was a little long, but not too bad. Parking was a little tough as well, but we found a good parallel parking spot by the smoothie shop. It's also kind of expensive for a smoothie. But overall, good experience. read more

This is my second time at Pure Raw Juice. I've been to both locations in Baltimore (Fed Hill & Towson) great experience! But during Quarantine it's not as busy. Since social distancing is in full affect and were trying to stay protected, I called before going just to make sure they were open and how was the process of ordering VERY simple! All Acai bowls start @$8.00 I believe but if you substitute things or add on of course the price goes up. I love the traditional açaí bowl it's like sweet and savory and I enjoy it, it's very delicious and filling. They're menu consists of açaí bowls, energy boost shots, smoothies and energy drinks! I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu :) * STAY SAFE DURING THIS TIME, REMEMBER SOCIAL DISTANCING * read more

Pure Raw is a solid spot for açaí bowls and smoothies. We had been to their previous location in federal hill and liked their offerings. We enjoy their Hawaiian and traditional açaí bowls. They're fairly large and filling which is good considering their $10 a pop (which is standard for an acai bowl). Sometimes it takes awhile to get your bowls so be prepared to wait it out, especially if they're busy. I wish they had a few more varieties in their acai bowl offerings but overall you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back next time we are in the are. read more

This is the absolute best place to go for smoothie bowls. The pitaya bowl is honestly the most amazing thing ever. I tried a smoothie once, didn't love it and the açaí bowl is good too but nothing is better than the pitaya bowl, just try it. The manager (I can tell he's the manager but how he interacts with the staff, he's kind but clearly in charge) is super friendly and will go above and beyond if there's any problems. Just as the Federal hill location I LOVE THIS PLACE!! THEY MAKE THE BEST ACAÍ BOWLS!!! This is my first time at this location but won't be my last! This location is spacious and a very upbeat feel when you walk in! There's plenty of seating and even have bar seating. You are greeted with the beautiful juices as you walk in!! As always I get the fat blaster and this time I chose to try the charcoal lemon-aid this time and tomorrow I'll try it and see how I like it. There are several juices that are on sale each time I go, so look out for that. Once you get through the juices..time to select what you would like. I chose a traditional acaí bowl which is a go to if you haven't been here before!! The Bowls are pricey but are so worth is and guess what yelpers....check in and get $2 off!!! So yea give this place a try!! There's so many options but that's one of my favorites!! The staff was really nice especially the guy that took my order!! He was all smiles and made sure I signed in so I could get my points!! This place is a must try because no one makes an acai bowl like they do!!! Enjoy my friends!!! read more

Still love pure raw, but recently it's been very inconsistent and slow service. I ordered two protein bowls and one was filled 1/3 less than normal. These are not cheap items so it was rather annoying. The flavor was also very lacking from how it normally tastes-- almost like watered down with too much mylk/not enough açaí or almond butter. I recommend ordering ahead of time on the app or you may be waiting 20+ minutes. read more

My first time here and I absolutely love it! I came here this morning because I realized I was out of cashew milk and couldn't make my breakfast smoothie. Because I was starving but didn't want anything too heavy for breakfast before work, I figured that today would be my perfect excuse to finally try this place. The service was stupendous!!! The best and friendliest service I had in a while. It was also very clean inside. I ordered the Almond Butter Cup smoothie. It was unbelievably great!! It was very filling! It held off my hunger until lunchtime. My cons about this place are that it's street metered parking and that it is a little pricy. My smoothie was $10. I don't mind paying that much for high quality ingredients but I definitely couldn't keep coming here often if I'm on a budget. $10 will add up quick! The good thing is they have a loyalty reward program and if you visit enough, you'll get a free item. I was really impressed by PRJ and I'm pretty sure I'll be back again soon. read more

I've been dying to get here for quite some time, and today was the day! This establishment was a fantastic recommendation from one of my Yelp-ian friends and I'm so glad I took her recommendation. Nice spacious dining room area, detailed menu board, courteous service, and super quick order delivery! The place is really nice and clean, they had all types of things you could buy like meal bars, snacks, pressed juices and other things to help assist with whatever your fitness / healthy eating journey entails. It took me so long to decide on 1 smoothie, and I picked a good one! I got a Protein Smoothie (Almond Butter, Banana, Cacao, Flax Seeds, Raw Honey, Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein, Homemade Cashew Mylk) and it was very very good. I could taste each and every ingredient in there! It was a good size, and I can't wait to come back and try another one in addition to acai bowl! read more

Some employees can NOT perform under pressure. I typically have a great experience when I go to Pure Raw but not yesterday (07/21/2019). Pure Raw was very busy yesterday, which is expected given the heat wave that swept the state this pass weekend. I ordered a Protien Blast bowl however, when my name was called I immediately noticed that my bowl was half empty! I looked around at the other bowls that were coming out and they were half empty as well. It appeared that since they were busy, some of the staff were rushing to make orders and not taking time to make the items properly. It was CLEARLY a case of quantity OVER quality - Not Acceptable. I informed the young lady making my bowl that it was not filled up to its normal capacity. She asked if I wanted more granola? I was confused and said sure. She then provided my bowl to me and it looked like one big bowl of SLOP! Now, Pure Raw is known for not only great products but presentation as well and there was nothing presentable about what she provided me. I asked her to remake my bowl and you could tell that this request annoyed her. The person I was with requested to have their bowl remade as well. She provided me with a remade bowl and told the person I was with "your's is going to be a while" and then she began to talk about us to one of her coworkers. I know this because the coworker immediately looked up at us while we were waiting. While waiting for the 2nd bowl, other customers orders were coming out and we were still waiting. We asked a gentleman if the 2nd bowl was coming up soon. He stated they need to make a new batch of Acai. Why didn't the young lady inform us of this instead of only saying "your's is going to be a while" and proceeding to talk about us and then walking to the back. The young lady came back a few minutes later and proceeded to make other people's order before making our 2nd bowl. The person I was with inquired with her about their bowl and she stated "I'm making it now". We said thank you and left the store. Those 2 bowls were $20!!!!! No one wants to pay $20 for half full bowls that are prepared in a rush and horrible customer service!! This left us feeling unappreciated as customers! No worries, we won't be back!! read more

I am a smoothie drinker. I've seen smoothie bowls around and they look so delicious so when i had the opportunity to stop after an appointment, i couldn't pass it up. I ordered the traditional ( Base is made of: Acai, Banana, Apple Juice .Topped with: Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, Coconut, Honey, Granola on bottom ) with no banana. I thought the smoothie bowl was definitely tasty. I said i was only going to eat half but couldn't stop eating. It was filling and i didn't have anything more. I think it's pricey at about 10 dollars but considering it was my lunch, it's justifiable. Al in all, I won't be having them all the time but when i want a light and refreshing treat, sign me up! read more

It's nice to have an acai spot in town. The only other (first and only) time we've had acai bowls was Miami. The shop is on the main drag and parking is easy. There's some metered parking out front (change only!) The shop itself is pretty big with enough seating for the crowd that was coming in and out. I checked in on Yelp and received a $2.00 off coupon for their fresh squeezed juice. Ordered the traditional bowl and pomegranate juice. The bowls are massive. It was good, so I cranked through the entire thing, but it would have been enough for two sittings. Since I ordered takeout, the granola was at the bottom. I stirred it around and BAM... awesomeness. The juice was awesome, too. They have 2 refrigerators and many choices to pick from. Don't fear only green choices because they have plenty of straight juice options. read more

Stopped in after a Towson campus visit. We ordered two açaí bowls, a juice, and a juice shot. They said the juices can be up to 5 days old so in other words, maybe the nutrients died already from oxidation, maybe they didn't. When the açaí bowls came out, one was fine and seemed to have been freshly made. The other was frozen and chunky. I asked if it was supposed to be like that and was informed that it may have been in true freezer longer than the other one. Somehow they still consider them freshly made even if they've been placed it the freezer for a while. The person working the register seemed like I was a problem when I asked for a freshly made bowl or a refund. The manager came out and asked what the problem was and offered to make another. I got the sense she wasn't happy about it though. The replacement was better but the bowl overall was mid. Pretty sure they forgot some of the toppings too. read more

Hip little smoothie shop in Towson for Acai Bowls! The ambience here is fresh and invigorating, just like their products! A lot of people come here for a little pick-me-up after working out, or if they wanna treat themselves to energizing fruit bowls. Not only are these bowls Instagram worthy, they're also packed with naturally sweet and quality ingredients, so indulge without the guilt! The smoothie is THICC, and nutritious. The only drawback is the steep price ($10-13 avg), but that doesn't stop the constantly packed crowd that's found in the shop. Parking is metered but for a quarter you get 30 min and that's more than enough for a quick stop to get a delicious snack. If you check in, you get a Yelp coupon for $2 off any cold pressed juices! Get their Traditional Acai Bowl, it won't disappoint! My bowl came loaded with a blend of acai berries, banana, and apple juice, drizzled with honey and coconut, and topped with strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. So good! read more

I tried the traditional acai bowl and the caramel café au lait. The acai bowl was very good! I like the consistency of the acai and the toppings were delicious. The caramel cafe was good too! But I did not know there was cinnamon in it, and it kind of threw me off. I went in one day to try this and it was all gone and they said they weren't going to make anymore until the next day. On the next day, I called around 1:30pm to see if it was back in stock. It was not, it was probably either not made or all sold out by then. But the girl I spoke to kindly offer to make some more so I could come later to pick it up. Which was very nice of her. I just think it's a little pricey, for the drinks and the bowls. But it was nice trying it! It was also a plus to use the $2 off cold-pressed juice offered on yelp if you check in! read more

During the extremely long wait for my order, I used the restroom after which two staff members rudely confronted me. The area wasn't blocked and there wasn't any signage that said the restroom wasn't open to the public. It's not the customer's responsibility to keep track of this or read your staff's minds. Second if you really cared about being "safe" during covid, the cashier wouldn't be taking orders without her mask covering her mouth AND you wouldn't have a sh*t ton of people waiting inside for 20+ minutes for their orders. Have people wait outside if you really give a damn. In the meantime, don't be rude to your customers, use proper signage, and make sure restricted areas are actually properly blocked...or at least pay better attention. This really left a bad taste in my mouth before I could even taste the order that I waited forever for. *Updated to give more stars because the açaí bowl was really good. I still don't know why it took so long when it looked like at least 80 people were working today (which is another covid hazard FYI, since y'all are so "concerned") read more

I ordered the Acai bowl x cold pressed coffee Tasty but way overpriced (unfortunately, no prices on website): -Acai bowl $10: acai, granola, bananas, strawbs, shredded coconut. Quality organic ingredients, tasty food, clean dining area and very nice staff. However, meals like this can easily be made at home for far cheaper. I always look forward to an Acai or Pitaya bowl from this place when visiting from out of town. I'm not a fan of their juices, but their bowls are awesome: generous, well composed, consistently fresh and tasty. I don't know how they manage to make it happen, but even when there's a line of people, my order always seems to be ready in a short amount of time. The only cons: parking is metered street parking.
