Absolutely love ordering here. Everything is made with fresh fruits and blended so well. Today I got the Bahama Momma and a Grilled chicken sandwich which was amazing. The chicken was grilled and the flatbread used was so soft.

Stopped here for a quick smoothie break before we headed back home. I love tropical smoothie and my favorite smoothie is the Chia one with your choice of peanut butter or strawberry. Customer service was great and location was nice and clean.

Great spot to grab a quick healthy bite during lunchtime, loved the detox smoothie!

Service is great, always. But I found this in my wrap and now I can't eat it. Pregnant and sad lol

my go-to smoothie spot in the Dr. Phillips area. there's only one size and it's super filling. there's a variety of fruity and sweet smoothies. my favorites are the Sunrise Sunset (strawberry, pineapple, mango, OJ), Bahama Mama (strawberry, pineapple, white chocolate, coconut), and the Peanut Butter Cup (peanut butter, banana, chocolate). everything is made to order, super fresh, and so good! the staff is also super friendly and the service is quick. there's a restroom inside along with some seating.

The Tropical Smoothie in downtown Orlando was offering a free smoothie through GoSeeTheCity, so we went there and ordered the Jetty Punch and the Avocolada. Both were good, but we preferred the Avocolada, as the Jetty was just a little too sweet. Tropical smoothie is always a good option for a quick, fruity snack. This particular location on Washington was super clean and Covid-compliant. We would go here again. Follow us on Instagram for more great drinks and eats. #eatthruus

The quality of food at this tropical smoothie has improved significantly over the last couple years. They are quick, clean, accurate and very nice. Try the super green ceasar wrap for $7.59 (my favorite) and the Island Green smoothie (ask for no added sugar) for $5.99. If you order a mean you can just add the smoothie for $3.99. Perfect stop for lunch or a snack! Super clean and fresh...every time.

I got the açaí berry smoothie. It was okay, but did not taste fresh. It tasted like a frozen pouch from Publix put into the blender.

I would suggest coming earlier in the day vs towards the end of the day as the earlier experience and food was better. I ate their Cuban each time. One lacked pork, but generally the taste was good. The bread was a little soft compared to other Cuban sandwiches I have had, but for what it was, it was good enough. On one visit, I had French fries, and on the other, I had tots. I preferred the taste of the tots over the French fries. Ketchup is rationed out, as you need to ask someone behind the counter for ketchup. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter, which she enjoyed. It was 3 pieces of bread and had lots of cheesy goodness, which makes for a delicious grilled cheese. They had a couple of swinging bench seats, which were unique and fun for the kids to sit on. This was a good option for a fairly quick meal. I would eat here again.

I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?

I have to say a good sandwich starts with good bread and I don't need a thousand breads to choose from when I just want a really good sub. This time around my mom had a chicken bacon ranch and I had the Cuban both were delicious. After I ordered I forgot all about the fact that you can buy Dale bread for $0.50. if this bread is day old I am in shock because it tasted just as fresh as if they had baked it that day. I just wish I would have bought what they had left because I ate that loaf of bread for a couple days after. If you don't have the Jimmy John's app you need it because when I got home I guess I'd had points from previous visits a ways back and I had earned a free sub, Score! Guess I'm going to be moseying down the road a little sooner that I had planned.

The Vibe: From the outside, the shop is pretty unassuming, tucked into a strip mall--but that's often where the best deli spots are hiding. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a busy lunch rush and a fast-paced New York deli vibe, with staff cranking out sandwiches left and right. Always a good sign. What We Ordered: * Hot Rachel * Classic Italian * 1/2 lb pesto macaroni salad * 1/2 lb redskin potato salad We took everything home for lunch and... Every single thing was delicious. Sandwich Highlights: The Hot Rachel was exactly what you want from a deli sandwich--tender pastrami, melty Swiss, tangy slaw, and toasted rye all working together perfectly. Stacked high and full of flavor. My husband's Classic Italian was also fantastic, loaded with meats and that classic deli balance of flavors. Both deli salads were great, but the pesto macaroni salad was the standout--creamy, herby, and packed with flavor. We're honestly so excited to have discovered a great New York-style deli less than 10 minutes from our house. Safe to say we'll definitely be back soon to work our way through the rest of the menu. Pro tip: Don't skip the deli salads--grab one or two to share with your sandwich.

The Vibe: We came on a Saturday and the parking lot was packed, which we took as a great sign--and it was. You walk through a fun outdoor patio before heading inside to order, and the space is incredibly unique--colorful, eclectic, slightly hipster, with dog photos and quirky decor everywhere. The line to order was pretty long, but we noticed a few open seats at the bar. We asked the bartender if we could order there, and she said yes--pro move. Skip the line, grab a bar seat. Drinks: We tried the house lager, which was solid and refreshing. What We Ordered: * Homemade Queso + Flavor Bomb 3 * "Famous" Pulled Pork Sandwich * "What the Fig?" Sandwich Standout Bite: The queso with Flavor Bomb 3 was incredible. Sweet, savory, and completely addictive. The pineapple in the flavor bomb added the perfect touch of sweetness and made the dish really stand out. Sandwiches: Both sandwiches were excellent. The pork was fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. The classic pulled pork was great, but if you like bold flavors, the "What the Fig?" is the way to go--the fig jam added the perfect sweet-savory balance. Flavor-packed and messy in the best way. Sides: Sandwiches come with your choice of Miss Vickie's chips, house-made slaw, or both for $1 extra. The house-made slaw was a standout for me--fresh, crisp, and the perfect complement to the sandwiches. Overall: Great food, fun atmosphere, and a unique experience from start to finish. We're already planning our next visit--and next time we're bringing our pup since they're dog-friendly and fully embrace it. Pro tip: Head straight to the bar if there's a long line--and don't skip the queso with a flavor bomb.
