Dubai Chocolate Strawberries
Erin M.

Stopped in with a friend for a sweet treat and we were not disappointed with the plethora of options! Location on I-Drive across the street from the large McDonalds, Bora Bora seems to be the spot to be at for the summer. We came on a weekend and the place was crowded and loud, but we're still able to find a place to sit. The menu is overwhelmingly large, with drinks and desserts and more. My friend ordered the Dubai Chocolate Crepe and I got the Dubai Chocolate Strawberries. Both were super decadent and rich with creamy chocolate, so I would definitely recommend sharing dessert or bringing a glass of milk lol. In terms of service, the girl at the counter was friendly but seemed like she had a long day as she was very short with us when we were ordering. We asked for cups of water and without asking she charged us for a bottle of Fiji water.

I can't believe this place isn't reviewed on Yelp yet! I found them because they sold the viral Dubai chocolate and strawberry cups but they are much more than that. Everything they make is so delicious and sweet so it's best if you have a sweet tooth or craving. I will say it's not ADA accessible as we didn't find a ramp from the parking lot- which was the only downside. My friend has a scooter and I have a stroller. Aside from that everything I've had here was great! We went twice and the second time the cashier said they don't do military discount but first time we went they did so that was strange but the manager came and said they do. I still think this business is a 5/5 stars for dessert and drinks. From the strawberry lemonade to the biscoff milkshake the whole party enjoyed their desserts. There was a lot of seating and a pretty cafe inside.

Bora Bora Smoothie Cafe is such a hidden gem From the moment we walked in, the tropical vibe had us feeling like we were on vacation. The menu is packed with fun and unique options--from smoothies and shakes to savory croffles and colorful açaí bowls. We tried the Dubai Waffle (sweet, fluffy, and topped with fresh fruit), the Movie Time Shake (tasted just like a dessert at the movies!), and the Piña Colada Smoothie which was the perfect refreshing treat. The Smoked Turkey Croffle was a savory surprise--crispy and flavorful--and the Dragon Fruit Açaí Bowl was as pretty as it was delicious. Everything was made fresh, presented beautifully, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a must-visit if you're in the area and looking for something fun and different!

Amazing drinks! Very refreshing and one of a kind drinks! I got a mint lemonade! Service is great and the ambiance is tropical.

My boyfriend is the pickiest eater and not easily impressed. He not only went back for seconds, he ordered more off the menu. I ordered a Matcha Green smoothie- and removed the chia seeds because I had teeth pulled & banana due to an allergy and that drink SLAPPED. My boyfriend had the Gourmet Egg which was so good, he ordered the smoked turkey croffle & Lean Machine smoothie which he enjoyed. I tried to get photos but he devoured it so quickly I didn't get a chance. Ambiance Delicious food Amazing, helpful staff We will be back!

As fresh as it gets, stopped by for a quick breakfast. The Spanish Latte was very smooth and packed with coffee. The Iced Americano was about average nothing too special there. The Lotus Waffle had a really nice crunch to the waffle my son enjoyed this one. The paradise bowl is exactly as expected, great option for a light breakfast. But the best thing I had there was the Bora Bora Crepe. The crepe was light airy stuffed with fresh fruit and drizzled with 3 different flavors of chocolate. Highly recommend this spot, everything was made to order, fresh and the customer service was right on.

Omg the Dubai Chocolate crepes are AMAZING.

I loved this place! The food was delicious and the drinks were really fun! I love how they are open late. It's really nice inside too! The chairs are super comfy! That Dubai chocolate crepe was amazing. I wasn't ready for that! I'll definitely be going back.

This was my first time coming to Bora Bora after my work shift and wow! I just want to say this was so amazing, & one of the best desserts I ever had. The strawberry juice & the mango juice was top tier! The restaurant is also very pretty & everything is made fresh.

The very sad thing about this review is, that I had previously rated this place 5 stars!! because the first time I went the food and service was superb, we were so impressed I wrote the review immediately and were so excited to go back, so we did 2 weeks later, this time the food was Ok, not as great (we tried a breakfast sandwich and it was a bit pricey for the size), but I was ok with it, we also had the waffle and strawberry Dubai and it was pretty good, but I noticed they didn't add my points in the Toast app, I had a $5 coupon and the cashier said she was new and didn't know how to do it and needed to wait for the manager which had stepped out; I didn't mind waiting because we were eating there, by the time we finished the manager (Wassim I think is his name) arrived and he was so dismissive... he didn't try to help me at all, even though the place was not that busy, no one was on the line to order, he said "I'll do it later" and asked for my phone # "to add the points later". I spent over $50 so I wanted the points added for my rewards account, even if they didn't honor the $5 discount I had, I thought I could use it later. He could've just added the points right there, but like I said his attitude was not the best. Of course I checked several days later and he didn't add the points, so I decided that if that is the person "in charge" because of him I'm never going back, and it's sad because my daughters love the place and keep asking me to go back and I had spent my time doing a previous great review for them, and recommended it to my friends, but it's so disappointing that the place is nice, the food is tasty and the employees are so pleasant but the manager isn't. I wanted to do this second review but forgot until today, when I ate at Tropical Smoothie and was treated so nicely and I said I would do a review and it made me remember that I never did this 2nd review so I'm doing it now.

My bf and I went to Bora Bora to try out the very viral Dubai Chocolate strawberry cup and I have to say I am obsessed with this dessert. So much so my bf has made it twice at home for me lol. It was pretty packed when we went so it was nice that the cashier gives you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. We don't try anything else so we may have to go back for more. The restaurant was cute but there wasn't a lot of seating (for it being packed). On a quieter day or maybe just earlier it would be much better. They also had someone coming around and picking up frequently so you'll always have a clean table. The parking was a little tricky since it's kinda in an awkward corner. Definitely go check it out! And if you have the time, it's right across the street from the biggest McDonald's (I heard that they also have an arcade). Definitely a perfect spot for a quick date night that doesn't break the bank.

Wow!!!!! Everything we ever dreamed of when it comes to the Dubai choc / strawberrries came to reality! If u are in the Orlando area and want to try the Dubai strawberries / choc bar I highlyyyyy recommend stopping here. They also have all kinda smoothies & acai bowls. Everything we ordered was superb. And the cafe has a cute vibe going . Service was fast.

Dubai crepe

Only complaint is the cinnamon in the crepe batter. This place is always tasty. Wish they replied to my comment to open a franchise

I invited a small group to lunch and celebrated birthdays with a meal for two friends....I bought lunch after signing up for the rewards program. I opted to take the requisite photo of my receipt and have the meal credited to my rewards account. The points were never added. There is no customer service phone number to call for assistance. And the phone number at the corporate office only leads to voicemails. So I sent an email. No reply. It's been 3.5 months. A few days ago I decided to call the store for two reasons (1). to see if they could lead me towards resolving this issue before make my next rewards-motivated purchase, and (2) to see if they would be able to pull together a last minute event for 23 people. When I called, I started by asking about the rewards program issue. A young lady announced that the manager had just left the store 20 minutes earlier. She said he could call me the next day when he returned--somewhere between 12 and 4 pm. I said okay and gave her my name and number. The next day at about 330, I had not heard from the manager Dennis So I called the store and a young man answersed the phone. He didn't identify himself, so I asked if he was Dennis. He asked me to hold on a minute, so I did. An older sounding man answers the phone, also not identifying himself. So I said "hi, are you Dennis?" He replied "if you are selling something, we don't want it". I responded "I'm not selling anything, I'm a customer. I'm trying to reach Dennis". The call was then disconnected. About an hour later I called back, hoping that the call had been inadvertently dropped. Again, the young fee-sounding man answered. I explained that I thought we had bbeen disconnected when I called earlier. He replied "please hold on a moment". I said "okay", feeling that the first call had indeed been disconnected. The call then resumed, with the older sounding gentleman answering "hello". I said "hi". The call was again discontinued and I heard silence. I cant imagine why a business would not want to speak with a person who identifies as a customer. I had a question to ask about their process and an order for food that they sell. While this was at one point my preferred spot for my vegetarian diet, I can honestly say that I would not recommend anyone go there, if their service continues at the level I experienced. Why would anyone call a business that repeatedly hangs up on customers trying to do business with them?

Once we arrived to order, It did take a little while but no biggie. Order the food and coffees, coffee as good always but the food was not up to par. Breakfast platter looked very plain, ordered with over easy and it eggs were overcooked. Calentao was okay, it lacked flavor. Asked for extra tomatoes and they were green but that's okay I guess. The Waffle BLTE had a long string of hair! Was returned and replaced but the eggs were also overcooked. Asked for a cup to go for the ICED DULCE DE LECHE BANANA MATCHA LATTE, asked for a little extra caramel because it was stuck to the original glass and they stated had to charge for extra caramel, mind you after we returned a meal with hair, we were offered not compensation, a lame apology and wanted to charge more for caramel! We really love this place, coffee is always fanstastic but definitely not ordering food at the Dr. Phillips location in Orlando. Service goes a long way!
