Great wraps on the run, at a reasonable price. Fresh food and friendly service. Solid lunch spot.

I ordered the Lunch Steak (GF) for $28: an eight-ounce flat iron steak finished with balsamic bone marrow butter and served with broccolini. The char on the outside was fantastic--deep, flavorful, and exactly what you want on a great steak. I requested medium-rare and it came a touch closer to medium, but it was still incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with rich, savory flavor. The broccolini was a perfect fresh counterpoint. Everything about this meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

The main issue was that I ordered a $15 glass of wine but was brought and charged a $24 glass of wine because the bar got confused and messed up. However my server only told me this after it was poured. Talk about a bait and switch! Also, how is their mess up my fault? Anyways I would say 4 or 5 stars for the food and 1 star for the service which I'm averaging at 3 stars here. One annoying part about the food though. My wife and I had ordered prime rib which said it had an au just but when our food arrived, it looked dry to me. Like as if no au jus was on it? Oh well, at least it wasn't overcooked or anything. I ordered medium rare and it was actually pretty rare!

The restaurant itself played music and was very very clean!! Food itself was fresh but average. Wheat or white bread are the beginning options. Toasted to them means grilled, whereas a "cold cut" is still toasted bread. It's a good thing to know going into ordering decisions. I ordered the Italian sub and it was ok- I think it would've been better without the grill because the oils from the meat had soaked the bread. Boyfriend, C's Review: Service was prompt and professional. The restaurant itself was very cleaned and organized. Food made fresh although overhyped in my opinion. I ordered the club cold cut and it came out with the bread toasted and made it dry which we now know is their normal. I do not care for toasted sandwiches. With so many other sub sandwich places in Omaha this wouldn't be my go-to. It was nice to finally give this place a try! They do support Down Syndrome Adoption which is amazing and something I did not know before going into the restaurant!!

We walked in the door with a smile and a professional manner about him. He helped us order exactly what we wanted, then made sure it was done to perfection and it was! He checked in with us to be sure we were loving our food and we were beyond impressed! Five stars times five stars thank you Josh. We are on our way back for more!

The ambiance is casual, yet a little upscale with the red, black, and white color palette. The party room on the side is a great place for an event or celebration (we had a Yelp event there). The Garlic Cheese Sticks starter is heavenly. Basically a little cheese pizza (but fancier cheese) with marinara on the side for dipping. So good! The Philly Fries are another starter that's delicious and it's huge, so could almost be an entree if you get it just for yourself. Huge chunks of Philly steak with a cream cheese drizzle (that I could drink in a cup). The salad bar is also great, if you want a lighter starter. I cover mine in their homemade ranch so it's definitely no longer "light" in my case! My favorite pizza is the Parm Alfredo, with an Alfredo base, tender chicken, and grilled broccoli. I know what you're thinking, "broccoli on a pizza?!" But just trust the process, it's amazing. The best Philly sandwich is the House Steak. Huge swaths of the Philly meat, green peppers, onions, provolone and the awesome Cheez Whiz! You can't go wrong getting this classic, with 531's twist on it. We met the original owners at a Yelp event we attended, and they were so nice and genuine and obviously cared so much about their food/product and pleasing their diners. I hope they have plans to stay in the restaurant business in Omaha, because I will support any new venture they have. I so am hoping the new owners don't change too much about the menu. I will give them a chance to see their vision, obviously, but hopefully a few of my faves remain!

The pineapple bacon drizzle almost caramelizes on the top, giving it a really unique taste. We recently moved to Gretna and have tried several pizza places around us, and this is our favorite so far by a long shot.
