Stopped in this morning for a drink. I got a Green iced tea with raspberry sweetener and my daughter got a blended turtle latte. I like scooters and appreciate there are drive things ones and sit down ones. This is a sit down location and though very busy this morning.... all staff were very polite and very fast. What a mess today at 7pm went through drive through we order 2 large drinks one was a large penutbutter power and large strawberry vertigo we get to the window the girl that took our order is first there then leaves after we scan we pay she did not tell us her total after she scanned. It was a get two large drinks get total of nine dollars. It never changed. We got charged for a large drink and a medium drink, that girl left a different girl came to the window blonde girl had an attitude and told us that we ordered wrong and then put in the wrong smoothie and we got a strawberry banana smoothie. This is the worst experience I've ever had a scooters, highly recommend not to come at this time with this immature of a crew this is my favorite scooters location in the past to go to now I will never go again unless they learn Customer Service it's a disgrace to Nebraska. This place is actually horrendous. I ordered or at least tried to order a lavender matcha then I had to wait at the window for, at minimum, 10 minutes for them to come out with the exact opposite of what I ordered. Mind you they had to confirm my order twice and still proceeds to get it wrong. Like how hard is it to make a matcha? The final straw was when they legit gave me a small cup filled to the brim with ice, milk, cinnamon, and no flavor. read more

They had me repeat my order like five times and then had me pull up to the window and then tell them my order and when I told him my order, they continued to get everything wrong and then when I asked for the chocolate chip cookies, they were just rude it was pretty obvious that the staff working tonight had no idea what they were doing. read more

scooters is not my favorite place to go for coffee but the smoothies are always amazing!! when i arrived at this scooter's location i was greeted by a very friendly staff. Maddie specifically was very outgoing and helpful. i was disappointed to hear that they got rid of the piña colada smoothie flavor, but maddie was quick to recommend another flavor/ drink option! i will definitely be coming back to this location!! amazing, quick, enjoyable service! read more

My favorite scooters in Omaha! Yes, that is a big statement but it is so true. What makes it so special you ask? The staff. Each and every person I have interacted with from the owner, John, to my barista has always made my morning. They are so pleasant and make me smile. It is the best way to start the day. I will go out of my way even during the weekend to come to this Scooters because others just aren't the same! I recommend the vegetarian burrito with salsa and the iced caramelicious with an extra shot of espresso and soy milk! That is my go to order! read more

I've worked at a Scooters before so I know how I like my drink and Caden did a great job. He had excellent customer service skills while I ordered my drink. He was so cheery and happy which is what Scooters is all about. The employees all seemed to enjoy what they were doing and it just seemed like a good environment. I've came to this Scooter's a few times to help me survive nursing school. I spend 8 or more hours making sure to make multiple purchases throughout that duration. The Barista's are all great. They provide exemplary customer service. For instance I was having trouble concentrating with the volume of the music and although i felt embarrassed i asked if the music to be turned down a bit and they obliged without making me feel terrible. And of course the drinks are always consistently delicious. My favorite is a Blended Caramelicious add protein. read more

I'm in no rush to return. Coffee was good but worthy of no special commendation, as well as a little pricey. Service was scattered and slightly inattentive (looked like a bunch of kids) and cream was not readily available for the coffee. Fast, free wi-fi and plenty of seating. I cannot recommend this place enough! They are wonderful. I will go out of my way to be late to work any day as long as I can get my coffee from here. I always use the drive through, which is speedy even when there are quite a few cars in line. The customer service is by far the best I have received compared to any "fast food" place. The staff is always incredibly nice and chipper, but not in a way that is annoying before your morning coffee, but rather in a great start to your day way. My drink of choice is a mocha, hot or iced, and their double chocolate chip muffins are SO GOOD. read more

The window men are overly fake and call me things like sunshine and sweetheart - I'm not a fan. I love to make friends with the window person but the conversation is so insincere it's laughable. I also can't figure out why this store charges .20 more for a carmalicious than other stores do in the area (Gretna and Elkhorn)?? The owner is so nice, and all the baristas are very experienced or extremely well trained. They also really care about the customer experience! The drinks are made with proper technique, AND in a timely manner. The atmosphere combined with the kindness of the baristas makes this one of my favorite Omaha coffee houses. If you want your drink made perfectly every time, this location is worth trying. read more

This Scooter's has a nice, large cafe area, but I don't think it's ver well managed. My husband always gets the fruit smoothies, and the ones he gets from this Scooter's are much lower quality than at many of the others. They never blend them long enough, so you get big chunks of ice clogging your straw. We went once on a summer day, and they were out of ice. Bad planning on managements part, and why can't they send someone to the store 30 seconds away to get more ice??? I'm sure they lost a lot of business that day. I go there everyday and where they excel is their customer service. They call me by name, greet me with a smile, and bring me my "small, dark with cream" without me even asking. I really think this is the best Scooter's in the metro! My sister had a drink from here the other day and was astounded at how much better it was than her neighborhood Scooters in Lincoln. They never make the blended coffees so that you end up slurping ice the last half of the drink... and hey, that counts for a lot in the coffee house world. :) read more
