When my husband went to ask about the au jus sauce for his French dip sandwich, the cook said "Did he ask for it?". My husband also had inquired about the status of the sandwich after 20 minutes, the cook said he was making it at that time. Aside from one other couple in the restaurant, it was empty. The food was good, the service could be MUCH improved. I understand that I don't know all of the to-go order situations, but I think we could have gone to many other establishments and got quicker service.
