Had a family member in hospital so had no time to make food. Stopped to get a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it literally had 1 slices of lousy bacon on it, so when they sliced the sandwich in half there was a 1/2" bite of bacon w half the sandwich. It had plenty of turkey (hence the 1 star) but it was smashed as well. The icing on the cake was the drive thru asking for a tip. For what?! Go above & beyond and then you get a tip. This is a go to for my wife and I, but these girls working the register and the blenders just seemed so unhappy and ungrateful. And their attitudes translated into the smoothies. Went through the drive through and ordered my usual order, chicken pesto and muscle blaster. The lady was giggling prior to taking my order and clarified she understood my order after repeating myself twice, she tells me to pull up to the window. I pay for my order (the drive-through window is so far away and elevated i had to stick my whole body out of my vehicle). She tells me "the muscle blasters not in our system anymore" i say "ok you didn't forget how to make did you" she says "but it's not in our system," i say "literally charge me for another drink and give me what mine usually is" She does, charges me over $9 for that smoothie. I receive the smoothie and wait a little over 10 minutes for my chicken pesto, after the time has passed, a different guy comes to the window and says "you got the jetty punch and american right?" i say "no i ordered a chicken pesto," he says "let me double check" then tells me the lady never put my order in, I literally have already told her twice about the chicken pesto, rementioning it so she doesn't forget, take into consideration i've been waiting at that drive through window for over 20 minutes now. I am at least a three times a week customer (yes, we love your smoothies) always order online and pick up through the drive thru window. Lately, it has happened three times, a specific employee, which unfortunately I don't have the name, refuse to give my husband the order through the drive through and make him park the car and go to pick it up in the store. I don't know the reason this employee refuses to pick up two smoothies and hand them through the window. This particular tropical smoothie is terrible. I wouldn't spend another cent in this place. I've come here multiple times and had terrible service all the times. I kept coming back because I figured I know that times are tough, people are short staffed and just give them the benefit of the doubt. But after about 5 times (I work right up the street) and every time they are just plain out rude, like they know they won't get fired because there's no one to work. The slowest and worst service I've ever had. My smoothie is always made wrong. I come here frequently as it is close to my house but nearly every time my order is incorrect. I'll get add ins or customizations and they never follow it. If I get the same smoothie each time it will taste wildly different. We had a terrible experience at this location today. We pulled into the drive thru just before 1 pm. The hours clearly state they are open. There was no one there to take our order, so we pulled around to the front of the store. We found 3 employees sitting outside enjoying their lunch. We asked if they were open and they said "No, the lights are off - it's not open". We had to go elsewhere for lunch.
