As we approached the menu, we were greeted with some very friendly employees who were happy to help us navigated the menu. Your first decision was to select a salad, wrap, or bowl. After a few moments, I quickly decided to build my own wrap. For my wrap, I started with wheat tortilla and a base of romaine. For my toppings, I was seeking a high protein focused meal so I opted for avocado, bacon and eggs (hard boiled). And to that, I added the (warm) fire roasted chicken with the honey musted dressing. After sitting down, I took the first bite of my wrap and so pleased with the freshness. It tasted fantastic! All the ingredients really married well together. I will definitely be coming back.

The mango chicken salad looked nice, but the plantain chips were flavorless. From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.
