He then started snapping his fingers and rushing me, saying he had things to do. I'm a customer standing there trying to decide what I want to order. I should not feel rushed or disrespected for taking a moment to look at the menu and change my mind. If this is how customers are treated during their first visit or ever, I personally won't be returning. The food may be good, but customer service matters just as much. The bread is perfection, they provide a lot of meat but not too much and the pickle tops everything off. They used to be on Wood Ave right next to the train station but now they're up the street in a bigger location. It's nice to be able to have a lot of space to sit inside but I must say the parking can be a little tricky since there's limited spots and Elizabeth ave is a busy street.
