She retired and at least it gives her something to do. Don't mean she is a WalMart Shopaholic. She suggested Subway and then I remember, Denver has two Subways less than a mile apart and one of those was in WalMart. My favorite Subway Sandwich is the B.M.T. which believe it or not, stands for Brooklyn - Manhattan Transfer. It's one of their oldest Sandwiches and still one of the best. Asked her to customize it with Banana Peppers, Black Olives and Oregano with Oil and Vinegar in addition to the normal topping. She dropped it off on her way back and on her way to Exercise Class. Still too early for Lunch so I waited for her to finish and return from her Class and we had Lunch together. The Sandwich was excellent even though it was two hours old. Full of flavor and very filling although I think I may have forgotten to ask for a topping though I don't know what that would have been.
