The Picanha Burger isn't ground beef, it's actually slices of Brazilian Picanha steak so it's more like a steak sandwich - and I loved every bite. The steak was tender and flavorful, and all of the ingredients worked really well together. They didn't skimp on the steak either, it was piled high and I def felt like I was getting my money's worth. I'll def try more things on the menu but I feel like I'm going to be coming back to this one a lot. The Loaded Bacon Cheese Fried Yuca were really good too. The Yuca fries were hot out of the fryer and they were crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. The bacon, cheese sauce, and other toppings all came together great, and this is another dish I'll be ordering again. So glad these guys are here in Cornelius!

I ordered the Rodizio 2, which came with perfectly cooked picanha, two sides, and garlic bread--and every single bite was amazing. I lived in Brazil for two years, and I can confidently say this picanha is the real deal. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I also tried the chicken and pineapple skewers, which were awesome as well. The food quality is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the value is excellent. I'm thrilled to have a spot nearby that serves authentic Brazilian food with this level of quality. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you know Brazilian food or are trying it for the first time. They set up and were here for at most an hour before it began sprinkling rain. Without communicating their plans, they packed the truck up and left even though the weather cleared and was beautiful within the hour. Extremely frustrating to put effort into advertising for this truck and receive a terrible welcome and customer service. I would not recommend working with this truck for any events.
