I have been working all day and was seeking lunch at 6:25 p.m. When I walked in, one dude was clearly disappointed a customer walked in. I ran to the bathroom to give them time to finish what they were doing and gave benefit of doubt. When I returned, neither of them even looked up, and one had earbuds in. Who the hell trains this staff? This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I love Jersey Mike's in Sherills Ford, the two in Mooresville, and the one in Huntersville is solid. All great staffs. This one kind of sucks. I will never return. Neither should you. Rather give my business to a friendlier staff. Crazy Update!
