1 Star This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had in a long time. The dining room environment was completely unprofessional. An employee appeared to be using the restaurant as a daycare, with two children running around the store and around customers while they were trying to eat. I understand that people can have difficult situations, but a restaurant is not an appropriate place for children to be unsupervised and disrupting paying customers. On top of that, my food took nearly 20 minutes to come out. When I finally received my order, the employee failed to give me the drink I had paid for. When I asked about it, I was met with an attitude and was questioned about whether I had actually paid for it and whether it was on my receipt. Poor customer service, a chaotic dining environment, and an unnecessarily long wait time made this a very disappointing visit. I won't be returning. read more

Did a mobile order about 9 pm, gave them my name and pulled to the window. First they are out of Baja blast, picked another drink . Fifteen minutes later she tells me they are out of nacho cheese sauce, and all three items ordered contain nacho cheese, as most orders at taco bell do. She said it would take 30 more minutes of time. Incapable of keeping supplies prepped for a full shift and they stay open until 1am. I got served subpar food. I was missing guacamole, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and nacho cheese on all of my items. Guess they were out of everything but the tortillas. I have to say the Cantina Chicken Bowl and Burrito were definitely a huge improvement on the menu. Filthy!!!!!!!!!!!! The place was void of customers and I still had to wait to place an order. Once the food came up I started to look for a clean table. Very few were not dirty and there was food under most if them. I ordered a #7 steak. Not a good choice the steak was like bubblegum you just chew and chew. Crazy slow service, we often use the app but it does not speed up the order at all. Drive-thru worker was extremely rude. We waited for over 15 minutes in a short line, which isn't a big deal, but we finally got to where you order just for her to tell us off. We asked to place two orders, and were informed that she was incapable of doing so even though it has never been a problem before. She told us to place one and get back in line. When we asked why, she actually said, and I quote, "Or you could just not order at all." We promptly drove away, called to talk to the manager, and the manager apologized but it was clear she approved of the behavior. She said the employee's name is Tip, but there was a long pause before she gave up the name so I'm not sure if it's even a real one. Spend your money elsewhere, because until they can hire less rude and incompetent people, they don't deserve the business. If I could give a zero I would. This has got to be the most pathetic Taco Bell I have ever visited. I ordered three tacos and a cheese quesadilla. They give me a chicken quesadilla that was on a tiny tortilla half the size of what it was supposed to be. I thought they gave me some dollar menu quesadilla by accident. So I drive back and go into the restaurant to get the right food. I wait in line behind another customer and when the employee finished with them they just walked away leaving me standing there with a quesadilla bag and a receipt in my hand. Well, I'm retired from the Army and have ate at Taco Bell's and fast food places all over the world. This location by far is literally the worst fast food establishment I've ever paid to eat at. This applies to the staff, cleanliness of the restaurant, to the actual food. This wasn't my first visit here either, this is a review based off of dozens of visits spanning one year. The sign on the door stating they have interviews every Tuesday should give it all away. This last visit we didn't receive our food until 23 minutes past the time we paid. There were two family's seated and already eating. It wasn't until we noticed three other families that entered and ordered after us had received their food before we inquired about ours. The meal was made and just sitting under the heat lamps, minus my wife's meal, that had to be made. The woman at the register was clearly not suited for that particular position and was very obvious she didn't like her job, or customers, period. She was rude, for no reason and threw some items on the tray, while my Wife was holding it. We observed three to four other orders after we started eating with customers walking back up, stating their order wasn't correct. On top of this, the floors looked like they had not been cleaned, or swept in days. It was relatively early (12:00 PM) when we visited, as opposed to late night and having accumulated a full day of customers. My advice to anyone that reads these reviews, steer clear and literally eat ANYWHERE else but here. You've been warned, enter and eat at your own risk! read more

It was 6:30.... so since they were walking out I grabbed the door (all the doors were locked) we walked in and asked if they were closed. What an awful experience I had at this store!!! When I pulled up to the window after ordering, the person at the window was yelling at the person in the back. She took my card, rang me up, handed me the bag and handed me my card back. I never even received a receipt. If she told me how much my total was I missed it because she was yelling at her coworker in the back. I've had issues with this particular employee before because of her attitude but tonight wasn't so much about her. For my son I ordered four tacos two hard to soft with only meat and sour cream. Now I always check my order before leaving because half of the fast food places get it wrong. The last time I ordered this they didn't hardly put any sour cream on it so I checked again this time the hard tacos were just fine but the soft tacos there was very little sour cream. When I went inside to ask for more the lady got an attitude with me saying that the amount we're supposed to put on it and when I showed her by opening the taco that there wasn't anything there, she says well it's mixed with the meat and I ran it from top to bottom. So I I spread the meat even further but you still could not see any. Let me correct myself, you couldn't see any except a tiny amount at the end. I posted photos of it below, tell me - do you think she added sour cream from top to bottom? You can look at the pictures to see for yourself what I'm talking about. Regardless I paid 54 cents more then what they already charged me for a small cup of sour cream. She went in the back got it someone brought it out in a bag & handed it to the other lady waiting who gave it back then handed it to me. At that point I loudly asked them to at least wait until I left before talking about me which I could hear them doing in the back. When I got to my car I sat there for a few while having one of the employees stare at me practically until I left. They used to have really good employees at the store but now the ones I've interacted with always seem to have an attitude or just plain rude. Had she actually been nice this could've gone very differently. From now on I'll get a plain taco & a cup or two of sour cream, it'll be cheaper & hopefully they'll leave off the side of attitude no one wants! read more

After visiting two different Taco Bell's (both in SC) within the past few days, I know for sure this location needs to step it up. You always have to wait - literally forever - for your food. I'm not quite sure why they take so long to make a taco supreme, and have yet to figure it out. Yelp needs to give them negative stars, because one star is way too generous! I have lived in Denver for 3 years, I have stopped in hear a total of FIVE times, and that's four too many. We are the type to go inside to order and eat, or just because I like to spend time reading the menu & don't want to be rude & hold up the drive in line while someone is meditating of the menu. In any case, we go and every time, without fail. We are not greeted, or acknowledged, AT ALL! No one has ever said "HI", "I'll be right with you", or made eye contact us. Clearing your throat or saying excuse me get no reaction at all. Every time I actually try to go there, I tell myself, "They have to have newer/better staff by now". OH HELL!!!!!!!!! They do not. They only care about the drive thru, and from what I've read of that, it's not much better. Sure, you get your order in, and after 10-20 minutes you might get your order, but more likely you'll get someone else's. There's another TB about 10 miles north of this one on 16, same menu when you need a fix, and better service. read more

Is there an option not to give any stars??? Have been to this location twice, first time was able to eat there after waiting almost a half an hour for our food to dine in, was not busy either! They have the person who is taking orders also in the kitchen assembling and bagging! Second time we waited in line to dine in for 15 minutes, there was one family ahead of us when we got in. We decided that after 15 minutes it wasn't worth the wait and we left. No one apologized for the wait, no greeting, nothing!! There were a few people that had ordered already that were standing and waiting for their food before we even came in and when we left they still hadn't gotten their food!! Bad attitude from the person taking orders, all bad!!!! We love Taco Bell but we will never be coming to this location again! I'm no fast food expert, however, I do run a business. With that being said, we have hours of operation for a reason. I'm not sure of the rules this franchise owner has in place but I highly doubt letting the store close 40 minutes early on a Saturday night isn't one of them. I sat at the drive through until some random guy pulled up next to me and told me they closed. He then pulled around and went up to the door so I assume he's a friend of an employee. I went through the drive thru and asked for 3 separate orders the lady rudely told me they can't do three and only can take two. I understood and changed it to two separate orders. I pulled up to the first window and paid for my first order. The second order I handed her $6 cash and my card to pay for the remainder. I sat there for 5 minutes while she tried to decide how to enter that into the register. She then handed me back my cash and card without saying anything. I questioned why she didn't take the cash and said she didn't know how to split it. Which was fine. So I went on to the next window. Sat there for another 5 minutes before I saw anybody. When someone finally came up to make my drinks she was talking on her cellphone while making my drinks, that she handed to me only half way filled up. I left with my food, should've stopped to check my order before I left, but I already spent 20 mins in the drive thru and was on my break from work. Got to work with my food only to realize they forgot my Gordita crunch which is the only thing I ordered for myself and did not get. Also my co workers quesaritio had sour cream on it when I asked for there not to be. My taco was also wrapped inside out for I have no idea why.
