How hard is it to get Unsweetened Tea. If I wanted simple syrup, I would have ordered it. I've gone through the drive thru three of four time over the last month and each time I would order a meal with Unsweetened Tea. Unsweetened as in no Sugar. we just went through the drive thru at Denver NC and immediately had to go inside because they shorted us our No rounds- The cashier was nice and was getting the Bo rounds when Cherri the manager started the whole brow beating look and saying wait what no - the cashier said she's missing the rounds - Cherri shook her head and come to counter to look in bag which I was holding open for her to see - Cherri then stock her hands in without gloves riffling through the combo order and it upset me she was doing that - She was treating me like I was lying over 3 dang potatoes!! omg!! if I wanted to lie I would have said I didn't get the biscuits!! I really enjoy Bojangles' biscuits and chicken. But at this location, the food is hit or miss.. (mostly miss). But to combat this, I always ask for my food on a fresh, hot biscuit. Thing is, only a fraction of the time is the biscuit actually fresh, or even hot. In fact, I think they either ignore such requests for a fresh hot biscuit, or intentionally actually grab the oldest, coldest biscuit. Even my season fries this morning were lukewarm and nearly fossilized. (See photo ) Well, the trash can ate them all. I keep hoping for fresh food here. I guess I'll just have to keep on hoping. I ordered food and the drive-through person, taking the order was very short and cut me off as I was trying to place my order. I'm so shocked at the negative reviews. I've tried every chicken fast food place in Denver and Bojangles was way better than anything else around. We've ordered from them 3x now and every time my food tasted fresh. I've only tried the Cajun biscuit with fries, the sausage biscuit with fries and that delicious sweet tea! All were amazingly good. The biscuits are to die for. I've only gone through the drive through so I cant comment on customer service but I can say we only had to wait once and that's bc they were baking more biscuits. The customer service at this Bojangles has really gone down hill. I walk in at 9am the have breakfast, and although the couple in front of me had already been waited on, I stood there for several minutes before the girl came to take my order. There was no greeting other than "Is this for here or to go?" Then instead of finishing my order so I can go have breakfast, she stops to take the order of the family of 4 that had walked in and leaves me standing at the counter waiting even longer. When she does finish my order, she just pushes the tray at me with no thank-you and starts to waddle away until I speak up and have to ask to get some mayo and ketchup. She only throws one packet of each on the tray and starts to waddle away again and I have to again speak up and ask for more ketchup. By the look on her face you would have thought I was asking her for money out of her own pocket! Without asking me how many more packets of ketchup I wanted, she just throws a few more packets of ketchup on they tray and then with a disgusted look on her face, she just turns around and waddles off. Gees, they don't even offer the customer any mustard, mayo or ketchup any more, they just push the tray at you with out so much as a thank-you or anything and just walk away, and this is not the first time this has happened. If your not going to offer condiments any more at least put them in the dining room so the customer can get some condiments if they want to. I know people do steal those packets, but if a customer buys fries or bo rounds at least offer them some ketchup for goodness sake! The staff at this Bojangles is in bad need of customer service training. I will never eat here again especially with Dick's cafe a few miles up the road in Newton, where the food and service are 100 times better than any Bojangles you will ever visit. read more

on my most recent AND LAST visit to this establishment, it was pouring down rain which was being tracked in on the TILE floor. There were yellow 'wet floor' signs in place. I ask the manager if they had rugs...she said 'no, we got rid of those long time ago'....I have never entered a fast food establishment or retail for that matter that did not have rugs on a rainy day. Guess this establishment wants a lawsuit when someone comes in and busts their tail on a rainy day. Ordered sausage biscuit and pintos and drink..waited 15 min just to get my food. I was NOT pleased with the service I had while dining inside this Bojangles. The manager was the person that actually took my order and he seemed as if he wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying during my order. He handed me a large styrofoam drink cup for my coffee. I told him I asked for coffee and he had charged me for a large soda. He looked at then realized I was correct & had said coffee but he didn't refund the difference in money I was owed for the cheaper price of the coffee since he charged me for a large soda. Then I asked for KETCHUP. Pretty simple request I thought. Wrong. I asked for 6 packets of ketchup. He handed me 3 packets & looked at me and said if u need more come back and ask for more. I ordered large picnic size seasoned fries. I was going to use more than 3 packets of ketchup.
