Don't go to this Wendy's! They'll make you feel like an inconvenience. I used the drive through and when I pulled up, the older lady maybe her name was Della, said oh she's using a card. Yeah, I use a card nearly every time I shop, that's society these days. I'm sorry that I inconvenienced you and your workday because I had a card. I'm not sure that I will be back to this place. I just looked at the reviews to see if others had similar experiences here. Everytime I drive by I wonder how much longer this location will be open. Two days day we went by and it was 5 pm and it was empty except one person in the drive thru. So I will give my last time here about 3 years ago. Building up to that experience, the more "dead" the place was the worse the wait was, or the attentiveness of the employees. So back to the last time. It looked dead, I was headed to work for night shift. I pulled into the drive thru. I waited for a couple minutes before someone came on the intercom. I ordered a Dave's double. I pulled up to the window and commented on the wait. I was told its because its delivery day. I wanted to say, so on delivery day, we just sort the food not actually sell it. But I didnt say it. I get my burger go to work. I was the only patron there and they couldn't even make a double. It was a single. So the next evening around the same time, I stopped there and went inside. It was dead. I walked right up to the registers and stood there while one employee hung over the table at the register at his waist with his face in his phone. There was all kinds of loud talking in the back from other employees. I just stood there thinking, okay let's see how long this will go on. The one basically laying down on the counter while standing looked at me and just kept on with the phone. I said something I dont remember exactly what. The manager appeared from the back. Younger, white female. I told her about the day before and how I am just standing here and you have this person on their phone. She said it was shift change. I said what does that have to do with anything!!! We got into a heated argument. I said when I was a police officer we routinely didnt serve the community when it was shift change...to make a point. She told me theres plenty of other places to eat and I dont have to come there. I said, I am going to take your advice. read more

Easy in and easy out with my order on the Wendy's app as I waited in the short drive through line. At the speaker, I let them know my name and at the window, my order was ready. Eating on the road is where it went south. The chicken nuggets weren't even warm, let alone hot. Disappointing. The doublestack burger was bit messy with too much mustard and ketchup that wasn't lined up right on the bun. But at least the burger was hot and the cheese was melted. Not great, Wendy's. Not great. Typical Wendy's in terms of quality of food but service aspect needs a lot of work. We moved to Denver last July and I have been through the Drive Through at the Wendy's twice. The location is located across the Parking Lot from Publix but not directly across the parking lot. It's on the North Side of the exit road for Publix. Order was the same each time and that was for a Dave's Double Combo with Unsweetened Tea. While there were few cars ahead of me in the Drive Through, it took forever. In addition, after I had pulled away, I found my unsweetened tea on both occasions had enough Susan in it kill a horse or at least trigger Diabetes in the Horse. I'll give them one more shot sometime in the future to see if there is any improvement. In the meantime, Management has a lot of training for the employees that needs to be done. read more

Ordered lunch at 10:45. Should have checked the bag. My order was a $6 biggie bag. They put in two boxes of fries and missed my nuggets all together. The fries were obviously from yesterday as they were cold and stale. What a garbage food chain. Ownership needs to get control here! read more

When it comes to this specific location, dont expect good service, expect to be judge and treated like your an inconvenience. When in rhe drive through, I had asked for a few extra sauces as there was only 2 in the bag, and all you can hear is someone in the back complaining about it can cause such a big scene over a simple request, then in result the slammed the window closed. Had to wait at least 20 minutes in the drive-through and I was only the fourth car back! I figured when I got to the window well at least my burger would be fresh and hot. But no, it obviously had been made a while ago. The lettuce was wilted. It was barely warm, the fries were barely warm. The employees didn't bother explaining what any issues were. One star is more than they deserve. Dining room was closed, so were had to use the drive through. I ordered two of the premium bacon burgers that cost about $6.50 each plus fries. When we got home, we found that we had two ordinary singles that were dripping with an excessive amount of ketchup and mayo. Not a hint of bacon! ! ! We were the only customers at the drive-through at the time, so there was no chance they mixed our order up with someone else's order. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. I ordered via mobile order and picked up my food in the drive through. After I got home (10 min drive), I opened the bag and discovered my chili had been left out. Though aggravating, not a big deal, I should have checked it before leaving. I drive back and explain they had left out my chili, then the lady says "we're out that's why we didn't give it to you." Fix the drink machine in the drive thru! There has been something wrong with the drink machine mix, at least for Diet Coke in the drive thru for over a year now. You know how every once in a while you get a fountain drink where there is something off with the taste? This is how the Diet Coke has been for over a year at the this location. If you get a drink from the other drink machine in the store, it tastes fine. I love Wendy's food but this has stopped me from going there very much. I will go every couple months or so just to see if they fixed the drink machine yet. read more

I had to pick up an order from Lowes and they were on my way. I had heard a few people talk about the breakfast menu and I decided to check it out. #1. The service was better than average but what jumped it up was when I went to pay with a fifty. The cashier told me they didn't have access to the safe. I stated I only had 6 ones, so the person in charge(?)dis ousted my meal to make it work. The breakfast baconator potato wedges were hot and fresh and served promptly. More than I could eat. I now know why businesses are so short staffed. Not because of lack of skilled workers, low pay or even as lot of people tried to do and that was to blame it on the stimulus checks, but because of what the wife and I witnessed at this Wendy's. After running some errand the granddaughter wanted stop here for lunch. We went in and you could tell the young guy at the register was a newbie at his job, but the wife and I thought he did a good job. When we had finished, the granddaughter wanted a Frosty. It had gotten a little busier by then so we went to stand in line. While standing in line we listened to the shift leader, manager, whoever the hell she was, berate this kid for something he had done wrong, not just once but multiple times right in front of customers and his fellow employees. This so called "manager" needs to go back to remedial manger training school, because before I was promoted to Sergeant in the US Air Force, I had to take a managerial training course and one thing I was taught was " Praise in public, reprimand in private" One thing she obviously was never taught. After the wife ordered the Frosty's, because this "manager" was so busy raising hell at this kid instead of paying attention to her job, she gave our Frosty's to some else. SMFH. At this point, the wife had had enough of her and asked for a refund and she tried to to get pissy with my wife. Wrong thing to do and my wife let her know real fast she was not having any of it! We felt really bad for this kid and we both hope after we left he told that "manager" to get bent and walked out mid shift and left her in a bind, because no one deserves to be treated like that. read more

After waiting in an empty line for 5 minutes once I was told to wait a minute, two cars pulled in behind me. I honked my horn to get the attention of the employee. The employee claimed with an attitude that they had an issue with the vehicle that ordered ahead of me. So I ordered and requested the manager ring me up. At the window I inquired if the person at the window was a manager, I could see 5-6 employees from the window. The manager, Andrea Outlaw, advised that she was and again got an attitude. She again tried claiming one issue derailed their entire operation and me honking the horn after waiting in an empty drive thru for 5 minutes was rude. Well I've been warned. There is another post on this same location that basically says the same thing. Rude employees and poor customer service. Went through the drive through and ordered my meal. Asked for a honey mustard sauce at the window. Was told that I should have ordered it with my meal. Wow! It's dipping sauce. Would have gladly paid for it if necessary but there's no need to be unkind. Needless to say, this is my first and last visit. Come on Wendy's! If i could give no stars i would. went there last night 11/11/21. Placed my order and had to ask the person to read it back to me to make sure it was right- it wasnt. I had ordered 2 wendy's doubles, medium sprite and medium strawberry lemonade and a large tropical berry lemonade. Not hard right? She got it wrong even after i corrected it before i drove off from the speaker. Got to the window and it was still wrong! Then while i am there i see another employee with her hand in the bag with the bread without gloves. So i raised cain! and the response was she is making herself lunch. That is ok but she is not going to eat an entire pack of hamburger buns so she should have used gloves or a thong to take what she wanted out. I cancelled the food order and told them i only want the drinks and they were pissed and cussing lol. Pretty sure some racial epithets were thrown around . But there is no way i was eating anything there after seeing that. If by me sharing this more people back away from the surly employees and from this location until they make changes i am glad. I would give a zero star if it was possible! The employees are always super rude, they have closed early several times with out posting, and continuously getting my orders wrong. The food is pretty good. The service is incredibly slow. The employees do not look happy and they aren't usually working while I'm in there. Continues to have GREAT customer service. Patronized this establishment frequently....always friendly at counter and even come out behind counter to each individual table asking if everything is ok and if you need anything....unique for a fast food establishment. I don't usually eat fast food, but I finished physical therapy next door and had to wait for a ride. Cashier Sandra was so nice to let me in early and then take my order before they even opened! The food was OK, but the service was great as I sat there for a couple of hours watching TV and discussing the inauguration with others while waiting for my ride. I don't drink coffee and they don't serve hot chocolate, but the hot tea was only a quarter! I also appreciated the inspirational music playing. An altogether pleasant experience. read more

I work everyday in the food service business and understand the ins and outs of customer service especially when it comes to food...I had a long shift at work and all I wanted was a quality burger and someone to serve me for a very simple order. I have compassion like I said for employees in the food business but this was just inappropriate, I placed the wrong drink order so when I got to the window I asked if it was ok to change it, I didn't ask to change to entire order just a drink but it sure seemed inconvenient( it was a black lady) I'm not racist by any means but that's important for you...the lady at the window made me feel very stupid for a drink, while her co worker behind her apologized in silence behind her for her behavior...Then I get home 20 min from store and my order was wrong not to mention cold when I took one fry when I left the window!
