First, when I open the menu by the QR code, no physical menu signs, there are absolutely no prices on the menu, meaning they can charge whatever they feel for what is in my opinion substandard coffee. My mother just wanted a small Americano with cream and I wanted a large iced Americano, and we were charged $17! I don't mind that it seems to be run by all teenagers but when I asked why the prices are not listed the young man just gave me a shrug and waved us on to the pickup area, which I can't even call a window, because it's just a couple of kids standing in front of sliding doors handing out the drinks. The large iced Americano I had ordered had been turned into an iced latte, and my mother's small Americano had been turned into a cappuccino! When we complained we were told to go on the website to file any complaints because they don't handle them at the store! This is absolutely unacceptable.
