If i could give this place a half a star i would .. managers are unprofessional, dishes that i can see as a customer pile up and don't get taken back to wash, it's dirty .. there is a horrible fly and gnat and problem all around the food there was a silver fish clear in view on the wall, absolutely disgusting i wait so long for just a smoothie smh you'd be better off making a smoothie at home !! read more

To make matter even worse, the business replied here for me to contact them for resolution which I did that day via their online comment system. It's been a week and I never got any reply back. I guess they truly do not care about their customers. Considering that the complaint was mostly about paying for food I never received its pretty straight forward. I even attached my receipt. I WOULD AVOID DOING BUSINESS HERE! If they ever do reply I will let you know. The food and smoothies are great. But, their DoorDash is terrible. They forgot two of my items. And, I even payed for them.

Really good smoothies. Very costly. Would be nice if they had coupons at the desk. They definitely need to add more sauce to their sandwiches as it's like eating a dry sandwich. Great service, good customer service, fast sandwiches and fast delicious smoothies. As I keep trying I will determine, if I should increase to 4 stars, as long as the sandwiches are dry they will not hit 5 stars until I have extra sauce. Overall 3.75 star rating. read more

I really enjoy this location over any other tropical smoothie. They always have multiple staff members available compared to being short staffed like a lot of other tropical smoothies. They always seem to be prepared for the popular rush times which gets people their smoothies and food quicker. Also, they offer military discount which is a plus. I like that this location writes on your cup what you are getting which makes less room for mistakes. read more

Serving great food -- and now, the Community! I've eaten here a few times, mostly gotten wraps and smoothies. All were good, and service was quick and friendly, even when the line was out the door. Recently I discovered that, because of the pandemic, this location is selling gift cards that you can donate to their Thankful Thursday effort -- they match the value of donated gift cards and bring healthy food and smoothies to the medical personnel and staff at St Mary's hospital. What an excellent way to support our frontline hospital workers AND a local franchise keeping locals employed! I think you have to call the restaurant and buy the gift card over the phone. I told the staffer the amount I wanted to donate and gave her my credit card information, and that was that. I got word later that my gift card helped provide a delicious lunch to an entire unit of workers in the hospital. During this Covid-19 sitiation, lots of people have been looking for ways to help. It's great that TS here has made it easy to do something positive. So if you're ordering your own lunch, which I recommend, maybe ask about donating a gift card to help sustain our hospital staff. read more

Came in one early morning and I was the only customer. Didn't get helped until 2-4 minutes later. Mind you this was 8.30 in the morning. I needed a gift card and they don't have any... Disappointed. Tried it twice in the past week. On the first visit, my smoothie was made quickly but I waited over 10 minutes for my food. I had ordered a flatbread, and when I asked when it would be ready, I was told that my order had been lost when a bunch of online orders came in at the same time. Took another 5 minutes for them to make it. Second visit I tried the online ordering. My food was ready when I got there, smoothie was not. After waiting almost 15 minutes I asked where my smoothie was. Was told they put it in the fridge. They gave it to me and it was all watery. No offer to remake it or anything. read more

I love this place. As a mail carrier I don't have a lot of extra time to stop so it's very convenient to be able to go on their website and do an on line order , Run in and grab. The staff is so friendly and helpful all the time. Everyone must try the pumpkin pie smoothie, delish, will be very sad when the season is over and this won't be an option anymore.
