The best Steak and Cheese EVER!!
    Ashanti S.

When I say that this place serves good food I really really do mean it. Not only is the food good but also service is excellent. My food was ready in a decent amount of time for a food truck which some people seem to forget that a food truck usually has 1 to 2 people working on it. So to get your food in a reasonable amount of time is good with one person working and taking orders. This was my second time trying this place. The first time is the reason why I came back. I had breakfast and it taste just like I finished cooking it myself. This time I got the steak and cheese with Everything, and the Cook actually found some jalapenos for me! That made my day. Now once I received my food and looked at it, I couldn't wait to dig in. It looked, smelled and taste sooooo good. Everything was perfect. The fries with Old Bay is just your typical fries with seasoning but complimented my sandwich and was still good on their own. I have to be honest. I really like this place, they seem and look clean. Everyone is very professional, but most of all the food was fantastic!!! Don't go to the carryout or Subway Go to I'se Da Bye!! No more McDonald's for breakfast!!

Photo doesn't do it justice.Chicken Cheese steak with everything in it (grilled onions, probably too much mayo imo)

The food was good. The people were very nice. The time to get the food...Different story. Would I go back? Maybe. Would I recommend? Probably not. And that's the bottom line.

Yum! Friendly staff, quick service, tasty food! Just know that is a truck so you'll need to take it to go or eat in your car.

We got there at 9:30 and the kitchen was closing at 10:00.. we had the smash burger, the atomic smash burger, clam strips, and chicken wings.. all the fried foods were amazing, including the fries that come with the clam strips. Right away, I could tell they were using fresh frying oil and everything was freshly fried.. most places double fry precooked stuff and use old oil.. to my surprise, everything was freshly made! Smash burger, they have smash burger! What? The fact that they served their signature Atomic smash burger with jalapeño, cheese, an onion ring, pulled pork or brisket, bacon, plus coleslaw?? This was amazing! The standard smash burger was just burger patties and cheese.. it was also really good. Chicken wings were like Korean fried chicken level good wings. I was a bit surprised how plump and juicy they were with really good sauce.. the waitress recommended Old Bay honey and lemon pepper, a half-and-half order that was amazing.. my daughter substituted her smash burger fries with green string beans.. wow, that was really amazing.. not some canned, mushy string beans, but rather really fresh, almost like they picked them from a local farm--buttered, salted, then fire-roasted.. are you kidding me? I wasn't even that hungry and took half of my burger home, munched it up the day after, and it was like eating an upgraded White Castle burger! Delicious.. anyway, this place is a real hidden gem.. I've had better food and service here compared to well-known restaurants across Los Angeles, New York, Baltimore, etc.... Go check them out!

It wasn't super busy when we arrived, but it still took about 10 minutes for any of the staff to acknowledge us. From there our service was fine, and the staff was nice (but not very knowledgeable). The menu was confusing; there were very few seafood options despite the name "Atomic Seafood". I tried the blackened haddock sandwich. The fish was barely seasoned and overall disappointing. We also tried the wings. The seasonings were all both bad and lacking. The Nashville dry rub wings had a coating of honey. The fries and pickle chips were okay. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and we would not go back. If you're just looking for a bar to enjoy a couple domestic beers during a football game with maybe a side of fries, this is probably a good fit for you. Buckets Bar, down the road, offers a similar atmosphere with better service, pricing, and quality of food.

Then we ordered 2 grilled cheese and ham sandwiches and a cheese burger. It took at least 40 minutes to deliver our food. We were about to leave, but waited a few more minutes since we would start again with ordering at another restaurant. After the 40 minute wait, a regular ham and cheese came out for my husband, a cheeseburger came for our son, and for me a grilled ham and cheese with tomato came out with the bread burned so much, I couldn't scrape off all the char. I finally took it back and they brought the same sandwich back to me saying they wouldn't charge for it (like go ahead and eat the carcinogenic toast anyway). They said they had no more ham I said bring me a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. I finally got the sandwich, but they forgot the tomato. I was just so happy it was not burned. I do not recommend. Ambiance is a cheap diner, but the food is not cheap. For 3 adults we paid $44.00. The grilled cheese sandwiches were cheap, but the cheese burger with fries was pretty expensive. And 2 ice teas for $7.00, which seamed a little high for a hole in the wall. I wish I took a photo of the burned grilled cheese.

But you're out of pancakes... what would someone do if they wanted to order that and you are out of pancakes... just get the combo without pancakes? Or just 86 the combo off the menu? Okay well how about we take 3$ off the price of the combo since you are out of pancakes and we'll just order a side of toast for 1.50 so you lose almost two dollars on that meal????! So then I order an omelette which comes with one choice of meat and three additional toppings and asked if we could put the sausage on the side instead of in the omelette to which again she replied 'chef' does not like changes to the meals. So I said, that's fine I'll just pick it out. When it comes out, all it is, is two sausage patties whole (see pic) laid in the omelet and folded over... well, I guess it just made it easier to pick out. I'm still confused... Other than that, the kids working we're sweet. Just not really nonsensical. The meal was decent and I cannot say that I would not go back. But, kind of primarily because it's the only breakfast gig in town.

I decided to try it out and will say the view is great but the food itself was lacking. Firstly, I'll talk about the place. It's an easy drive to get too, but it's a bit secluded since you have to get to the water. It has a small parking lot, but shouldn't be a problem. The place is relatively clean and well spaced out. The servers are very nice. They ask if you want to sit inside or outside in case you want a better view of the water. The food is what I was looking forward to. The table ordered the crab dip as an appetizer. It came with crackers and bread and was pretty good. But the dip was mostly filler and I didn't feel like it had enough crab in it. I ordered the Basket and had 2 crab cakes and 3 fried shrimp. The shimp was well seasoned. However, they fry it with the shell on. This means you'll be spitting out shrimp shell as you bite into it. The crab cakes were actually delicious - very flavorful and filling. We also ordered rockfish for the table. I understand it's a white fish, so when it would fall apart in my mouth I knew it was way overcooked in the fryer. Each piece would desintegrate in my mouth and only leave behind a clump of soggy batter. Overall, I don't think the food is good. If all you want to order is crab cake then this place is golden. Otherwise, maybe only come to see the nice view of the water and the bridge.
