Realizing I wasn't going away, they showed up unannounced at 6:30 one morning and rapidly replacing th 4 shrubs that had died. I went outside to say good morning and was pretty much ignored. They clearly were happy to have to return. We had a poor experience with them and do not recommend them.

Knopp's also sells their flowers in the spring at the Waverly and Baltimore Farmer's markets in Baltimore and in DC on Saturdays. After a couple of months I called again, the couch was lumpy, the same serviceman, same result. I called the Sofa Store talked to the store manage, I told her I was not satisfied with the couch and wanted to return it. They offered me a 20% discount on a new couch. The Sofa Store sells couches, I paid $2000 for a couch that was junk and they would do nothing about it. I would not recommend them or their products.
