Bottom Line: Friendly staff selling beautiful flowers and lovely gifts. Wow, wow, just wow! When I die and go to heaven I imagine that it has the beauty of WildFlower. WildFlower may look like the average retailer from the outside but once inside you are transported to a gorgeous wonderland. The store is much larger than I anticipated. While I thought it was just a florist I discovered it is also a gift shop. Regarding floral services, I selected a lovely arrangement from the large cooler with a variety of bright gerbera daisies in it. There were several florists on site very busy making arrangements so I could have had a custom arrangement made but there was no need since the cooler selection offered plenty of options. Regarding gifts, they carry some of my very favorite brands and artists. Some of my favorites are Jellycat plushes and the Jellycat plants they had here were so cute! Jellycats always have great expressions and the fabrics feel so good. They also have various items from local artist Kim Hovell like candles wrapped in her Chesapeake Bay inspired oyster paintings. Her work in hues of blues is always very calming. WildFlower also carries locally made artisan Choquette chocolates. When I want to give a little thank you or hostess gift I always choose choquette chocolates. There were plenty other neat gifty items and I'll definitely be returning to do a little shopping. As far as customer service goes, there were about three florists who were very focused on what they were doing and one kinda gave me a weird look, probably because I was audibly ooohhing and ahhing and taking photos of the gorgeous displays (after asking if it was ok.) There were also a few people on the floor who were very helpful. One lady in particular was my saving grace and she was super helpful and friendly as I looked to pick out a last minute gift. I really wish I had more time to wonder around WildFlower. I'll definitely be back! read more

My daughter ordered a bouquet and candy gift for our anniversary. We had a text from the delivery person letting us know it was on the doorstep, I appreciated that. Found WildFlower & Petal Pusher through Google and decided to give them a try. Ordering online was a breeze and they were very prompt with sending confirmations. They attempted to deliver the flowers earlier today however because of the pouring rain they just sent a notification for on-site pick-up. I've been shopping at Wild Flower since they were Petal Pushers and at another location. The current location is easy to find has good parking plus the space is open, well lit and large enough to allow for plenty of room for displays, storage and work along with being easy to more around in. The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. They've always managed to put together something for me when I walk in with a cheerful smile. On one occasion the staff even brought a plush inch worm from another store for, it seems it was the last one they had and they were no longer going to be able to get them. Once it arrived at my local store, they 'hid' it until I happened back in a few days later. The inch worm was very important to my wife and I was very touched that they put that much effort into something so small. I've never been disappointed with the flowers or arrangements from Wild Flowers and plan to continue shopping there from foreseeable future, it doesn't hurt that there is a Starbucks in the same building. read more

I was referred to Wildflower by another florist who did not deliver to the area my new grandchild was in. I explained an issue I had with an online "flower company" who had told my husband they were local, they were not! It was the end of the day and after hearing my issues they promised the plant would be delivered that day, yes I paid for it but they really went above what a florist would do. I chose the Aquarius Zodiac Plant, Aglaonema Siam. Our son was so pleased by both the delivery and plant he took a photo and told us how beautiful and unique it was. The next day I phoned to say thank you for great customer service and ended up making another purchased which again really pleased our son. I noticed this cute gift/flower shop while grabbing a coffee at Starbucks. I love small shops that have a unique selection of gifts. I was the only customer in the store and I counted 4 employees. Not one of them spoke to me, asked if I needed help, or welcomed me to the store. I spoke to 2 employees and said "this is such a cute shop". No response. What an unfriendly bunch!! I won't return. If there were more stars The Petal Pusher Florist would deserve them all. I have a tradition of always sending flowers and a balloon to my daughters on their birthdays. Due to Covid-19 all Maryland Florists were ordered to be closed unless they also delivered food. The Petal Pusher is located over an hour away from my daughters house. My daughter is a first responder with Anne Arundel Police and told me not to worry about the flowers/balloon this year. Not only did Petal Pusher's agree to send my flowers and balloon in order from me to keep my tradition alive, they also delivered a fruit basket at no cost and thanked my daughter for her service. My boyfriend went in to buy me flowers for Valentine's Day they charged him $70 for a dozen roses in a vase that looked like something someone could have got for cheaper elsewhere. I can understand if the arrangement was beautiful but it was completely plain. I called the shop to ask to return and possibly buy something else but the manager said "absolutely not, he got a good deal for a dozen roses and a vase". I sat on this review for a while so that I could really articulate how I feel about Petal Pusher Florist, so here goes. Cute shop with friendly service. The owner is a sharp, perceptive, and business-savvy woman who is very customer-service oriented. They were willing to deliver seven thank-you bouquets to Baltimore for me. I was really excited to use these flowers as a graduation gift to my instructors and colleagues post-residency, and delivery was extremely punctual. Now, onto the negatives. I think that communication could've been better, probably from both ends. I said to the owner that I was looking to spend no more than $25 per bouquet, wanted them to be dark blue/indigo and yellow, and showed a picture. She said the bouquet in the picture looked more like a wedding bouquet than a standard $20 bouquet. Fair enough, I said I would be willing to adjust what I pay to get as close as possible. She still quoted me about $20-25 so I was ecstatic, thinking I would get something similar to what I'd showed her but in a smaller scale. I ended up getting daisies and hydrangeas, sparsely arranged with fern leaves of some sort. It didn't have the pop of yellow I was expecting, the hydrangeas were a light blue, and the many white daisies came out of left field. This was totally different than what I showed her in that photo. Maybe my expectations needed to be adjusted and she might've tried to be as accommodating as possible, but if she told me how this bouquet would've differed from what I showed her, we could've worked together to make changes we would both be satisfied with (like changing the kind of flowers, for example). I hope she didn't think that I was duping her to get wedding bouquets for a lower price or something... Ironically, I have a wedding coming up soon and was hoping this would be a good trial run, but I don't want to be surprised like this on an even bigger day of my life. If I can offer advice to this shop, having clear cut communication can be all the difference. read more

Ive been going to petal pusher for all my flower arrangements for all the occasions i could think of, for years, and they make the most beautiful custom bouquets for a extremely fair price. It's not your average grocery store flowers, there is a thought and design to the process, with a little bit of your own taste. I was disappointed to see them leave their charming little store in Linthicum, but the brand new store just down aviation boulevard was absolutely beautiful and fully staffed with extremely nice sales associates and newly designed atmosphere. You can see the process of making the flowers and literally pick out flowers you want with a designer. 10/10 experience, if you're in the local area and you need a GO TO for holidays, special occasions, or just your loved one, just go to this store. Don't make it hard for yourself lol. It's right next to the airport too so if you're running late to pick someone up, go grab some flowers before you get there. read more

What a disappointment. I ordered a Lavender Plant & Annapolis candle for my friends Birthday to be delivered to her work before lunch as she was working a short day. They said they could do it. They delivered the plant but forgot to package the candle with it and it was evidently loose in the delivery persons trunk. It was discovered and delivered after my friend left work. So, too late for her to get the effect of the double gift. She still doesn't know what it is as her staff called her and said another gift from me came by the same delivery girl. When I complained, Petal Pushers wanted to "make it right" by giving balloons or flowers to her tomorrow. You only get one chance for a first impression and boy did they blow it. My friend who owns a business and orders tons of flowers and gifts for customers I am sure is not impressed, nor am I. read more

I'm very disappointed to be writing this review. I have a wedding coming up in October. I scheduled a consultation for July 12th with Christine. My consult went great. I was really really excited to work with this florist as I felt they understood the vision I had for my wedding. At my consult, I was told I would have a proposal within a week. A week later, I emailed Christian (not Christine-as I was told he was my contact) as a courtesy to follow up on my proposal. Christian wrote back to me that day and explained that they were working on flowers for the biggest wedding of their season that weekend (the 20th). Christian asked if he could get me the proposal by Monday, the 22nd and of course I said it was perfectly fine. I understand things happen. The proposal was sent to me on WEDNESDAY, the 24th. Again, I totally understood that things happen and I'm usually very patient and understanding. During my consult, the only details really left up in the air were the exact design of my centerpieces and I was told my proposal would list out a few different options. When I received the proposal, I didn't think it was very clear. I followed up with Christian just asking a few questions about the pricing and examples. I didn't received a response. I followed up on the 29th. Christian replied and said that he would defer my questions to Christine (the person I met with at my consultant) since she discussed my vision with me. He explained she was out of office and she would reach out to me the very next day, the 30th. Today is August 12th and I never heard back from anyone. It's disappointing that a florist can provide such good quality work, but lose business due to their lack of customer service. Needless to say, I decided to look for another florist. If they couldn't even respond to customer/new client's emails/questions, I couldn't trust them for my actual wedding day. read more

Have dealt with them for years, and get at least 25 arrangements a year - not to mention what my wife gets for her office - and have had zero complaints.
