A wonderful place to bring family and friends..There are animals and species that I've never seen anywhere else, and I've been to the Tucson Sonoran Desert Museum, the San Diego Safari Park, Sea World, Scripps Oceanography, and various zoos. Walls are adorned, such as a long wall with the ascending walkway going to the penguin exhibit made to look like a South Pole research center. Even every access door for employees are adorned. Looking at the prices, they are very reasonable for a museum/theme park. You are getting a great value for the buck. Whether you are buying for just the day or a membership, I think that you are getting your money's worth. We spent four hours there and didn't see everything, read everything, tried everything. The four hours went by fast. This is a very popular place for good reason--a jewel in the valley. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. They had a listing for some seedlings on the Shop app which I purchased back in early August. After waiting a couple of weeks with no indication of my package being shipped, I decided to contact them asking if there were any additional steps that I needed to make in order for my package to ship to which they never responded. I would send an email to them inquiring of the same thing every few days or so to which they continue to ignore. They are active on their social media pages (IG, FB, PalmStreet etc) so, I decided to try and reach out to them through their social media just to be ignored there as well. As of now, still completely ignored other than a simple "hi" response on IG after sending another message requesting a refund. To that "hi" I pleaded for a refund to just receive the commercial response of "we're so busy and will get back to you as humanely possible". At this point, I have reported with Shop (which they can only send an email to have the shop to respond) twice now, and filed a dispute with Affirm about my payments to this store which Affirm can't refund me UNTIL the store issues the refund. With their lack of response to all three parties, it being close to three months with no response, and not wanting my credit to be negatively impacted, this store has stolen my hard-earned money and I would advice staying clear of this store.
