Wow- super yummy, the bagel was fresh-baked in house, perfect chew with a nice jalapeño kick, egg fluffy and bacon + cheddar spread melted just right. I am not a fan of bagel since the ones I had were hard to chew but this one hits different. Coffee was strong and hot, perfect Kauai morning fuel. Opens at 6AM, The lines are long but they move, worth the wait. Charming little bakery with fresh ocean views when you exit the shop, true family-owned vibe, super friendly hard working staff. You can tell everything is made from scratch -- they're famous for the fresh-baked bagels and banana pudding for a reason.
