Milton originally came out to meet us and to provide an estimate, which we greatly appreciated, and it was right on-point at payment time. So important! The packing team was very good; they packed us up quickly and carefully. (While I'm still unpacking, all my breakables are so far in great shape!) They were friendly and professional. The next day, a different team handled the move and these guys worked so so hard! They were also very careful, efficient, and friendly, despite the very steep staircase in our condo. After packing everything and them heading to their lunch break I was waiting at the destination for over 2 hours. They took the LONG way from Newport News to Western Branch and sat in traffic on 64, charging us $300/hr the whole time. Even after I received the quote he allowed me time to think before agreeing to schedule, didn't try and hustle me at all which I appreciated. My move was originally scheduled for 11 am, but I didn't receive a phone call until exactly at 11 am for them to update me that they would be running 2 hours late. Eventually, at 12:45 pm two movers showed up and moved very quickly moving my boxes and furniture onto the truck. Throughout the moving process, they took great care of my stuff and finished within 2 hours. I was very impressed with the whole process and how quick and efficient they were. True to their word there were no hidden fees and I paid the exact quoted price that was given to me. The only cons I can say about my move was not being given enough notice of the later appointment, and the two movers did not wear masks at the first address. Though one of them wore a mask the entire time at the second address when moving my items from the truck to my new apartment. Otherwise, I would recommend this company and would reuse their services again.
