Our cabin was not clean and had multiple maintenance issues. Maintenance had to make several trips to address the problems.

Also there are daily and evening activities for free or minimal cost. I like the location near wal mart and price chopper, since rooms have kitchenettes or full kitchens. The only negative of our stay was the quality of pillows. They were very flat and uncomfortable. You may want to bring your own from home.

Located on the Yellow Route and close to Reza Theater, the Titanic, and about 15 minutes from Salt Lake City- - -Additional information : My wonderful wife planned a getaway to Branson Labor Day weekend 2025, and we had a great time. Each time we've visited, we have stayed at Willow Ridge. We have typically been in rooms near the pool; this trip on the 5th floor with a view away from the pool, to the south. We hadn't realized when we scheduled the trip, but this 2025 Labor Day weekend, Branson hosted the US Navy Blue Angels for the first time, and we could see the show from our balcony - wonderful! - - - The property - - - Three buildings; 5 floors apiece. You can see the Branson Strip (Hw 76) but you don't hear the commotion. We spent most of our time at the pool; there are hot tubs. We also played a round of disc golf - this seems to be a simple course, but it does have surprising challenges; more MVCIs should have disc golf like Willow Ridge does!- - - MarketPlace- - -The MarketPlace is in the lobby; is a smaller shop. Where to start... This review is intended specifically for…read morefellow travelers. Not for Wyndham, since I have absolutely no hope of receiving a sincere and honest response from the company--just the same old copy-and-paste of automated replies from other reviews. No, thank you. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I requested a unit with handicap accessibility. Not only did they give me one that didn't meet the requirements, but they also gave me the one furthest from the elevator. It was all done on purpose. The unit was very nice, well-designed, and comfortable, but completely in need of MAINTENANCE. As I said, the toilets weren't handicap-accessible--they couldn't have been any lower. The king-size bed had a completely worn-out mattress, causing back, neck, or hip pain upon waking, with visible sagging, leading to poor sleep (tendency to roll toward the center), and clearly over 10 years old. Closet doors that fell off their hinges. In the past, there used to be a quiet hours policy from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. It seems that no longer exists, lest it offend some guest, who feels free to slam doors, shout, run, and jump around at any hour they please. We arrived late after a 5-hour drive. We were really looking forward to relaxing and getting some rest. But that wasn't how it went. Right after check-in, we were "ambushed" by people trying to sell us a timeshare. Just a quick aside. Don't get involved with timeshares. It's the most expensive thing that can happen to you in your life. I had two--yes, two--timeshares, and I totally regret it. Not just because they tell you one thing to sell it to you, and the reality is something else entirely. Let's just do the math. $40,000 for two timeshares plus the annual fee--let's say another $1,000 a year... If you have that kind of money to spend, invest it and go on vacation for free every year. That's all I have to say. The employees who want to sell you the timeshare get pretty upset when you tell them no. I'm not going to waste two hours of my vacation listening to nonsense and nonsense that doesn't get you anywhere in the end. Another unbelievable thing about Wyndham. There's no housekeeping. Exactly. They have staff constantly walking the hallways, but you can't request them. Not even if you pay for it. The reason: make more money. Regardless of the customer, regardless of the quality of service, regardless of whether the customer is comfortable and enjoying their stay. No, first comes the dividend paid to shareholders, and way down the list is the QUALITY OF SERVICE. And don't get me wrong, I'm an investor. Getting back to the room, the sofa and the accent chair were a disaster--completely sagging and very uncomfortable. I'll say it again: we booked through Expedia, and that's how they ended up sending us to the worst room. I have travel experience--perhaps much more than these Wyndham managers--with 60 years of traveling for pleasure and work. I know the difference and what should be done. That's why this review is for those looking to enjoy a nice trip, a break, and a hassle-free experience. SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony overlooking the pool area and stream. This is not the closest thing to the strip but not that far either. I found a barbecue place just minutes away called Danna's which is very hometown and where the locals go, but a definite Branson must! We enjoyed the in-room two person hotel tub and the spaciousness of the larger room. We found there was normally someone waiting when the elevator door opened and that could be a challenge for the in season time. The staff was very helpful and even kept a guitar for us so we could check out and still enjoy a morning music show before heading back home to the STL metro area. I would go 5* but not a huge vacation crowd fan and this place will be jammed in season. So go in the less popular times and enjoy a very high quality stay!
