We stayed in 50A FHU pull-through site 77 this time. What I like about Branson Lakeside RV Park: - Proximity to Branson Landing and the cute little old downtown area - Fairly quiet - On the lake - so a nice view - Concrete pads - 50A full hookups - Newer, much larger sites if one wishes to upgrade their accommodations at a higher rate - At your site trash bag pickup What I don't care for as much: - The sites in the area we are always put in with our shorter RV are what I think are the older sites and they are narrow - The buddy site they put me in was awkward to get into as there was a tree on one side and a street light pole on the other side. The site was about 60 feet long. Another thing that made this site awkward was the placement of the utilities. I had to park the RV (travel trailer) at the front of the site and my truck was fully in the street while hitching and un-hitching. Once unhitched, I parked the truck behind the RV. If I were to stay in Branson again, I'd check into the RV park just across the lake on the other side of the lower bridge.

They did reach out to me and make it feel like it was my problem, but yet they had to use one of their plug-ins to plug into my motorhome because the outlet wasn't working and then they me it was nothing to do with their outlets so just be very aware if you sit out in the bake and they will not resolve any of your problems or pay for anything that they

Hey Yelpers! Our month long journey brought us here for a few nights. Reservation and check in…read moreprocess was super easy. The office staff are very friendly and informative. Being the week of 4th of July (US Independence Day) there were different events going on in the campground and around the area. They had a site decorating contest, BBQ, and other things on the 4th itself. As for the campground, it was very clean and well organized. Two different shower rooms were available. I would recommend the one by the laundry room. The other smells like it is located over the septic tank. All that waste has to go somewhere, so I didn't take stars for it. Besides, both shower areas were the cleanest I've seen in a campground this trip. One big drawback was the location of the septic drain for our site. It was at the very end of the site on the uphill side. I have a tube incline accordion thing to help with the distance but it couldn't beat the slope difference. I had to manually lift my septic drain tube to force it down after the initial pressure subsided. That wasn't fun. As far as location, it's in a good spot just close enough to the entertainment and shopping. If you want to be close to either of the lakes, you are a ways away. Overall, would I stay here again, yes. The campground has a lot of great things going for it. Check them out and see for yourself!

Overall: Excellent…read morestop whether you are in an RV, glamping tent or tree house, or cabin. This is located right outside the main strip, and 20 minutes from Hollister. Definitely quiet and gets you out of the congestion of the main attractions and chaos. Charlie and Roxanne run the front and they could not be more helpful! The good: Love how clean everything is kept and the quietness! VERY good AT&T cell service. Electrical boxes are brand new for RVs, sewer hook ups are all in good locations. The community bathrooms are unbelievably clean along with the washer/dryer room. There's also a long and short loop for hiking on the back of the property! If you're a golfer, there's a golf course right next door! If you're not in the mood to cook, there's are two restaurants within walking distance (Capones and Cheeky Monkey) there's also pizza available at The Reserves coffee on property! RV sites are wide and have a nice amount of space. Treehouses are also spaced nicely and have hot tubs! The pool area is very well maintained and nice! The pickleball courts are in the front and a great addition! The bad: WiFi is unreliable, very hit or miss. There's not much shade on the RV portion of the property. Definitely a great place for groups, families, or couples to stay while in Branson!

They…read morewill nickel-and dime-you, and add extraneous charges at the end of your stay without even calling beforehand. Example: I noticed a charge on my card at the end of my stay from Wanderlust, which is odd because I paid my booking in-full up front. Come to find out, they charged my card an extra $50, without even calling or notifying me. Apparently this was to replace two shower curtains in their public bathroom. I only used one shower and the shower I did use was NOT left disorderly. Even so, had they asked, I would have gladly went cleaned it or purchased two new curtains, which are $12.99, they charged me $40 for them. Not to mention, they charged me $8 for their attempt to clean the old one. If I'm not mistaken, I already paid to use the restroom when I made the reservation, so they are already getting paid to clean the bathroom. This is just an example of the kind of schemes they run and get away with it because they have some clause in their terms and conditions that says they can make up rules anytime they want. Which is ridiculous. Avoid the headache, there are plenty of other nice places in the area

This RV Park is very nice and maintained. The workers enjoy the guest's. We stay here a lot actually we're here now and it's quite peaceful. People are enjoying their campfires having a great time! There are many spots and some have electric while others have both electric and water. The spots are for varying size trailers/RVs or tent camping. They're spaced nicely so you have a little privacy. It's absolutely beautifully. I felt like I was in a rainforest. Although we had some on and off rain... the campground is very much in nature, green, lots of trees and waking up to birds chirping was lovely! I will say, there were some disrespectful neighbors camping, which can be expected, that stayed up until 3 am partying, loud music, drinking, etc. I think the park host paid them a visit and it was much quieter after 10pm. The bathrooms are also available with private toilet and shower combos. I will say... they were quite disgusting. Constantly wet and humid inside from the showers, visible mold on the walls and ceiling and rust and corrosion at the base of the doors. I had brought my own portable potty and small shower tent, but was informed that was against campground policy and told to take it down. Other than that, it was great. Has a playground, nice walking, beach, and close to some markets and restaurants.
