Where we stay in Eureka Springs! I have had an annual stay at this RV park for the last 4 years. Each visit was pleasant, easy, and ended way too soon. Booking is simple with a phone call, they honor several club discounts, check-in is easy with super nice people, and we've always been guided to our campsite with back-in assistance (note that I don't specifically usually need back in assistance, but I'm very happy to accept it and even more happy they do it for others that are parking next to me :) Sites are a little tight compared to state parks, etc - but nicely sized for your typical privately owned park. Amenities are great - wifi works well, pool is nicely kept and always clean, and you can use shower and laundry facilities, if needed. I've had nothing but very positive experiences here and will continue to stay here when visiting Eureka Springs, AR. read more

It's a nice area, but I would NOT recommend this campground unless you wanna be stolen from. They will nickel-and dime-you, and add extraneous charges at the end of your stay without even calling beforehand. Example: I noticed a charge on my card at the end of my stay from Wanderlust, which is odd because I paid my booking in-full up front. Come to find out, they charged my card an extra $50, without even calling or notifying me. Apparently this was to replace two shower curtains in their public bathroom. I only used one shower and the shower I did use was NOT left disorderly. Even so, had they asked, I would have gladly went cleaned it or purchased two new curtains, which are $12.99, they charged me $40 for them. Not to mention, they charged me $8 for their attempt to clean the old one. If I'm not mistaken, I already paid to use the restroom when I made the reservation, so they are already getting paid to clean the bathroom. This is just an example of the kind of schemes they run and get away with it because they have some clause in their terms and conditions that says they can make up rules anytime they want. First and foremost! The owner's are not rude. Actually they are very nice and approachable. Dog owners are a PROBLEM EVERYWHERE! You can have a temporary dog fence stupid because you're dogs bark and you will do nothing about it. And we the other campers don't want to hear it! Abide by the rules and you'll enjoy your stay. This RV Park is very nice and maintained. The workers enjoy the guest's. We stay here a lot actually we're here now and it's quite peaceful. People are enjoying their campfires having a great time! What's not happening is excessive noise, music, dogs, reving engines and drunks! This is a very nice place don't miss out because of the bad reviews!!! read more

Do not stay here during their off season. We decided to try this one after trying the other 2 rv parks in ES. Bad experiences at both. Unfortunately I will have to the add this one to my list of no returns in Eureka. Cons: 1. Bathrooms/showers closed in winter. Despite no indication of this on their website and being told by Dave? when I booked the site that he was giving me a good one next to the restroom. Their excuse: pipes freeze in the winter. Not my problem. Work it out. Was there a special rate for this omitted amenity? No. 2. All of the sites are on dusty gravel. No concrete pads. Ugh. 3. List of rules as long as my arm. My favorite: "We reserve the right to make a new rule based on a new situation." 4. No trees, except a few sparse pine trees. 5. Picnic tables not leveled.... big time. I understand that rules are needed at any rv park... but they should post them on their website. I would never have stayed here after reading these rules. Rules are good, but this is just ridiculous. I urge you to read the rules I posted as they are not on their website. Once again I have to suffer due to the behavior of a few bad apples. Pros: 1. Fellow that checked us in was super nice. Had a cute dog named Zoey. 2. Great views due to very few trees. Apparently all the RV parks in Eureka do not need my business. All three have issues. This is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have ever been to. The owners are so nice and you can tell they really take pride in the property. The sites are close but not uncomfortable. All the sites are clean and have great hookups. They take you to your site upon arrival and even help get your rig situated. The bathhouse is so clean and has showers and sink space. The pool is nice and the laundry facilities were great. Beautiful views! The trolley stops right at the campground to take you all around. Wonderful stay, wonderful people. Stayed 9 nights and loved the park. We had a pull through site, super level and easy in and out. Would recommend this park when you are in the Eureka Springs/Branson area. We will definitely be back. Staff super nice and owner was in the park everyday. Loved our stay. Come and check it out. Great shade trees on our site and some sites have nice decks and tables if you get a premium site. This was our first time staying at Wanderlust and I will definitely be back. Beautiful views, well maintained and friendly staff. The salt water pool was very relaxing. Tables with umbrellas are there for those wanting a reprieve from the sun. We travel in a 33ft Rv and felt like we had ample space to spread out our awning and mat with lots of room in between our neighbor. read more

I would not recommend this RV park! We go camping a lot! We have never had someone tell us we can not use our temporary dog fences. This was not posted on the website because if it was we would not have stayed here! The owner was not pleasant when we discussed this situation. When I did walk my dogs they did have a lot of trash buckets to discard their waste, however they were always full the top! This RV park has the strictest rules we have ever stayed at. Wanderlust RV Park is a very nice place that I have no complaints about except it's not close to me so I can go more often. They were very welcoming and it was a good clean place to be. There are all styles of spaces there so you can have whatever you want or need. There were only a few paved pads (my only complaint) there while the rest were nicely graveled. Our spot presented no problems though. The best thing was an employee named Steve who also was a motorcycle guy and gave us GREAT ideas on where to go while we were there. He made the the stay very enjoyable. read more

We would definitely recommend this park! Owner and staff were friendly and helped us learn about cold weather camping. We have a 40' fifth-wheel with two slide outs and a back patio. There was plenty of space for us. We also used the laundry. It was clean and all machines were working. read more

We stayed 4 nights here and it was great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and make sure your stay is pleasant. We were escorted to our site and given so much info about the town and things to do that we decided to stay another night. The park is so clean and well kept. The Lewis's are awesome!! Jeff is such a pleasure to talk to. He owns the park with his wife and escorted us to our camping spot. They have a great gravel pad for our camper and had full hookups for everyone. There are a couple of social halls, restrooms, etc. Overall a beautiful place 5 min from Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. We will be coming back to visit, soon! read more

Jeff greeted us with a hearty welcome after hours, escorted us to our site which was spotless. Showed us the heated water lines that were not an upgraded site. He provided brochures of activities and encouraged us to visit the light show at the Passion play. Definitely a gracious host. We will definitely stay again! read more

This place is awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful (and have a great sense of humor I might add). Easy check in. The grounds are spotless and very well kept. The shower rooms were extremely clean. The pool was sparkling clean and the area around it was very clean. Nice area to walk dogs in but do wish they had an enclosed area so you could let them run. We stayed for a week and enjoyed everyday of it. We will stay here if ever back in the area. read more

This is a beautiful, well maintained, and well run RV park. I have been in many but this one seems to be the best. Now the reason for my low rating. They have two restroom, showers facilities and claimed because of COVID shut one completely down. My guess is that they didn't want to spend the extra time required to keep it clean. But because it was the Labor Day weekend and the amount I was charge they should have thought about customer convenience. We walk up the hill about a half mile round trip from the backside of the camp grounds to take a shower or when nature calls. And you would understand my frustration if you have ever used an RV shower or had to clean a holding tank because you couldn't wait. read more

No problem just call the number when we arrive and here comes the owner out to check us in and show us our spot. I really appreciate the rock parking so were not tracking dirt/mud in our rig. Having stayed at near 40 RV parks, Campgrounds and RV Resorts this past year, we would have to say this park is doing so many things right. From the ease of making reservations to the friendly service we received from the owners, Jeff and Cindy, as well as the awesome staff. They seem to be making improvements/upgrades all over the park and they really do maintain one of the cleanest parks we've seen. There are spacious sites and sites with great views, sites for big rigs and sites for small trailers and sites with some shade and sites with open skies overhead for your satellite reception. It's convenient to many activities and venues or you could catch the Eureka Springs Trolley at the front part of the park and ride all day for $6 and be downtown to enjoy delicious food, great sights and sounds and interesting shopping. We really enjoyed this gem of a park and the NW Arkansas area. We'll be back again and again I'm sure! read more

Although the campground is basically OK, the management is super poor. I stayed here in 2018 in a vintage camper rally. Although we all agreed on the date for the 2019 rally, two months shy of the rally the campground staff caused the rally to be cancelled. They informed the planner no one had registered, so there was no 2019 rally. After multiple emails and phone calls, the planner had to cancel and find an alternative site. This was really poor management and communication! Stay here if you want, but don't plan an event here. One of the worst campground experiences I observed and I have camped all over the US, Canada, Europe, and Scandinavia. If you can't trust campground owners/staff stay away. read more

Do not pick this park unless you want to be so cramped to the next camper that you cannot even let out your awning. The water pressure was terrible and even the camp attendant said it was bad. Then, you have 2 guys riding around on golf carts telling you how to park your camper. There were 3 campers in our group and was not enough room to even eat together. We had to set up half way in the road to eat and hang out. Then there was a long term camper next to us that complained about noise. Well we travel to have a good time, not sit in our campers all day. They also charged extra for everyone, minus the first two people. That seems strange to pay $4.00 for each additional person over 2 people. That is why we bought a camper. Plus side, the pool was okay and the shower house and bathroom were clean and it was close to downtown Eureka. Would suggest you go somewhere else though, unless you like to be stacked like wood next to each other. read more
