Pool area, they do glow family pool events on Saturday's. Really clean and refreshing in the heat

A beautiful campground, owners and staff go the extra mile to make your trip to wonderful. The grounds are well kept, pool is amazing, it's huge like 90-100ft long! This is our favorite place to stay in the Ozark Mountains and it's close to everything. Downtown Eureka, lots of rivers and great shops. This is a family tan KOA and they keep the place beautiful and pristine, clean pool, bathrooms, sites daily. Our favorite place to stay!

    Fire pits!

This KOA is hands-down the cleanest, most well-kept, and friendly campground I have ever camped at. Chris, Mike, Brian, and the rest of the staff work so hard to make each stay a great experience. The bathhouse is newly renovated and SO clean. The dog park is always clean and maintained. The pool is likewise clean and maintained well. The shop has everything you could possibly need for your camping stay and more! Each site, whether Kabin, tent, or RV, has been taken wonderful care of and meticulously planned to ensure the best stay possible. I personally have stayed in both a Kabin and in a camper spot, and I have never been disappointed. My husband and I drive over 4 hours just to come here. You will love your stay!

Great campground. Clean baths. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shady spots. Pool. Very convenient to all the sights in Eureka Springs.

Amazing campground! Clean bathrooms, great shade trees and very close to Eureka Springs and some of the best mountain biking I've done.

I'm seriously thinking of another, longer visit to the Ozark Mountains, and this campground is one of the reasons why.

They also have a separate swing set which is nice for older kids to sit on and listen to something. In the same area they have a pavilion which has chess, checkers, a grill, and several picnic tables. The chess board can occupy people for a while. Second of all, the staff is nice and friendly. I went in to get a cup of ice and they went and got a cup of ice. Next, they have two separate pools. One that has a game room and is twenty-one and over. The other one was family friendly and was next to the playground. It also had a small splash pad. The showers were clean. Most of them had hooks except for shower one. Also, the park had two areas. One for the long term RVers and one for the people who were only going to stay a few nights. The cabins and treehouses from what I could see were nice. In addition, it is not far from the town but not inside it which gives a sense of peace. If you are a mountain biker or hiker it is not far from the hill/mountain. Finally, the staff were very accommodating. We needed two extra nights and they were so nice and let us have those nights. When we left without our things on the table, they called and asked if we forgot them. And when we were confused they said that we were supposed to leave that morning. We said we needed another night, then they were able to accommodate the change. Overall, an amazing place and experience.

They've been there for over two years now and the park doesn't seem to care that they are permanent there. They still treat them like crap. My daughter is professional and sensitive and caring of others and doesn't deserve what they're doing. Basically they got mad at her for telling someone not to speed through the park and said that it's their job to do that but they don't do it.

You can have a temporary dog fence stupid because you're dogs bark and you will do nothing about it. And we the other campers don't want to hear it! Abide by the rules and you'll enjoy your stay. This RV Park is very nice and maintained. The workers enjoy the guest's. We stay here a lot actually we're here now and it's quite peaceful. People are enjoying their campfires having a great time! What's not happening is excessive noise, music, dogs, reving engines and drunks! This is a very nice place don't miss out because of the bad reviews!!!

Unfortunately I will have to the add this one to my list of no returns in Eureka. Cons: 1. Bathrooms/showers closed in winter. Despite no indication of this on their website and being told by Dave? when I booked the site that he was giving me a good one next to the restroom. Their excuse: pipes freeze in the winter. Not my problem. Work it out. Was there a special rate for this omitted amenity? No. 2. All of the sites are on dusty gravel. No concrete pads. Ugh. 3. List of rules as long as my arm. My favorite: "We reserve the right to make a new rule based on a new situation." 4. No trees, except a few sparse pine trees. 5. Picnic tables not leveled.... big time. I understand that rules are needed at any rv park... but they should post them on their website. I would never have stayed here after reading these rules. Rules are good, but this is just ridiculous. I urge you to read the rules I posted as they are not on their website. Once again I have to suffer due to the behavior of a few bad apples. Pros: 1. Fellow that checked us in was super nice. Had a cute dog named Zoey. 2. Great views due to very few trees. Apparently all the RV parks in Eureka do not need my business. All three have issues. Next time? will try the KOA down the road.

The people that work there were so freaking friendly and nice it made it so enjoyable for us. Right when we checked in they guided us to the campsite and helped us park our RV. They then gave us a lot of brochures for points of interest and attractions around the campground and even offered to build us a fire pit. Who does that?! They do because they know what hospitality is. Throughout our whole stay they checked in on us periodically to make sure we were having a good time and asked if we needed anything. This is a small campground with somewhat small campsites. There's enough room for parking large RVs, but the one thing I would say is that the campsites were a little narrow where we actually had to eat and set up a fire in front of our RV. We could not extend out the awning, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The campground was very peaceful, serene, and natural, with lots of stars out at night. The picnic tables were amazing and if any true camper knows, that is very important. They have good LTE coverage in the campground, but their Wi-Fi is slow. It works, but it's slow. Again if you have a good mobile phone carrier the LTE coverage is good. One crazy thing about this place, and I mean this in a good way, is that they have canoes and kayaks you can borrow. All you have to do is request a day and a time and a location and they will bring the canoes and kayaks out to you and then you can paddle around one of Northwest Arkansas's beautiful lakes. That was a game changer for us because we had kids who love to swim and paddle and this made the experience even better. I highly highly recommend this place for a camping trip in Northwest Arkansas. It was a great location, central to a lot of points of interest in attractions and the people there were so so so friendly.
