Well...first off...we are camping in December and paying full price for off-season camping. We are…read morenot opposed to paying for good camping, but this place wasn't cutting it. Sites have not been cleared of leaves (honestly, just use a blower and make sure the sites are safe to navigate on foot) and the sites are SO unlevel and not cared for. Table cloths and bathroom rug left by a previous camper. No maintenance at all on these sites - they need a fresh load of gravel. In addition, some random woman walking around asking to use cell phones yet going in and out of a 5th wheel - two days in a row... When we arrived and were given site numbers (we booked two sites) - one had a camper in it and the owners were 'out of town'. We were told to pick any two we wanted. Fortunately there are some nice folks working here - so our complaints are not with the individuals we dealt with. Note to the owners: If you are going to run a campground in the winter, do better. We will not return here.

We stayed in 50A FHU pull-through site 77 this time. What I like about Branson Lakeside RV Park: - Proximity to Branson Landing and the cute little old downtown area - Fairly quiet - On the lake - so a nice view - Concrete pads - 50A full hookups - Newer, much larger sites if one wishes to upgrade their accommodations at a higher rate - At your site trash bag pickup What I don't care for as much: - The sites in the area we are always put in with our shorter RV are what I think are the older sites and they are narrow - The buddy site they put me in was awkward to get into as there was a tree on one side and a street light pole on the other side. The site was about 60 feet long. Another thing that made this site awkward was the placement of the utilities. I had to park the RV (travel trailer) at the front of the site and my truck was fully in the street while hitching and un-hitching. Once unhitched, I parked the truck behind the RV. If I were to stay in Branson again, I'd check into the RV park just across the lake on the other side of the lower bridge.
