At 1145 I get a call thinking it's time to be seen and was advised the dentist didn't feel comfortable performing the extraction due to his medical history. His history has been on the records for years since being a patient for 3 years. I lost a days work since I took off to bring him and this DrCastillo that I've never met decided to make that call after spending an hour and half in your waiting room to received no service. To say I am beyond pissed is an understatement. To be inconvenienced twice is ridiculous. The 1st was receiving a call the Wednesday before his scheduled procedure on Saturday that I needed to bring him in for an x ray.
