Took my daughter in for a cleaning and left the office with skin scraped off her cheek. I tried calling the office several times to Inform them of the issue so they know to be more cautious. I usually let my teen go to the back for dental cleaning by herself but after this issue, that will no longer be happening. Unsure of the tech's name who did the cleaning. I am sad to say Dr. Khalid is no longer at this office. Today, I took my mom in for a visit and the dentist (Dr. Saood) demanded she have X-rays done before even visually examining her teeth. I even asked if that was proper protocol which he said it was. I also expressed concern due to the fact that they have already taken so many X-rays in her prior visits. When I say many, I am not exaggerating. I was also told they dropped the handheld X-ray machine and would need to use this machine as seen in the pic. Needless to say, we will be finding another dentist to finish the work Dr. Khalid started, unless of course, we are able to find him. Overall my experience here today was not a good one. read more

For an HMO plan, I would rate this dentist facility a 2 star rating. Although the staff is mediocre, the actual dentist is far better. The staff is inefficient, does not help finding referral dentist locations and even referred me back to my dental insurance for location assistance. My insurance company has even filed complaints on my behalf. I received a letter in the mail one day saying Trinity Dental sent a dispute and owned up a case for my dental insurance to be accepted as a PPO to pay off $80 from a prior visit I was told no copay. They argue with me about my insurance plan each time I call and say they have no time to verify insurance because it's so busy (as she literally ran down the daily schedule). Trinity Dental has made it a nightmare for me during the entire 2014. However, the dentist assistant today made me leave an extra star :). read more

The interior of the building is very nice, although it still had the strange doctor's office smell. The office manager seemed a little cocky and was super bossy to the employees, but I enjoyed the person who cleaned my teeth. I was taken back for my appointment approximately 10 minutes late. The doctor was cool, but he was only with me for a couple of minutes. Prior to my appointment, I was reminded two times by text to check in on ZocDoc. I filled out my paperwork there, but they still made me fill out everything (exact same information) in the office, so I felt like they wasted my time. read more

I walked in with no appt around 4pm (channel-view location) on a Monday with a cracked tooth and painful toothache. The front rep was very nice and professional. Only waited 20 mins and was in a chair , the nurses were very observant when taking the X-rays and the doctor was so nice and explained multiple treatment plans. In the greater Houston area there are many dental services to choose from and I found this office to be one of the best. I scheduled an appointment for a check-up, cleaning, and whitening very easily. The staff was very friendly over the phone and made me feel welcomed in person upon my arrival. The office and clinical area are very well maintained, clean, modern, and state of the art. The dentist, the assistants, and hygienist were very friendly and knowledgeable and I did not feel any pressure to do "extras" as I have experienced in the past at other establishments. I really wanted to like this place, after reading the reviews. My appointment was scheduled at 2p. I arrived 20 minutes early considering I was a new patient it's customary to arrive early at any clinic. There was a note on the door that stated they would return at 2p. I waited, 2p came around... called (phones were forward to a cell phone) no one answered, no one showed. Frustrated I left...and left a message canceling my appointment requesting a call back. I called again and spoke with the Manager an hour later, she was very unprofessional for arguing and insinuating I lied....stating they were there at exactly 2p. I simply wanted resolution not an argument. If you're going to take lunch from 1-2p, then you don't make an appointment at 2p, you make it at 2:30p giving yourself extra time in case you DO run late you do not inconvenience your customers/patients. read more

I got my teeth cleaned at Trinity Dental and I love my experience. My old dentist used to take 1 hour just to clean but it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes total including checking in, waiting, xray, exam and cleaning. The ladies at the front were very nice and accomodating. I kept having to reschedule due to illness and my busy schedule and they were willing to squeeze me in.
