The dentist viewed my mouth, heard my reason for the visit when ahead and extracted the last tooth leaving my broken tooth unattended or me informed. After a couple days during the healing process (I got stitches) I realized I was still feeling a serrated edge and bleeding. I went back to their office and discovered they extracted the tooth that was not broken or needed urgent attention. It's been 4 days since my return and I was promised a call regarding the situation, to date none was received. My tooth issue was not resolved and I am out over $300.

At 1145 I get a call thinking it's time to be seen and was advised the dentist didn't feel comfortable performing the extraction due to his medical history. His history has been on the records for years since being a patient for 3 years. I lost a days work since I took off to bring him and this DrCastillo that I've never met decided to make that call after spending an hour and half in your waiting room to received no service. To say I am beyond pissed is an understatement. To be inconvenienced twice is ridiculous. The 1st was receiving a call the Wednesday before his scheduled procedure on Saturday that I needed to bring him in for an x ray. Mind you he was just there a week or so previously to get his teeth cleaned with Dr. Salemah when he had an x ray. The coordinator i'm being told is new but she wanted this done so she could call me and give a round about pricing of the procedure. A call that I never received.
