I wouldn't bring my pet to a place like this. This place feels so fraudulent and it's shocking that my insurance refers patients here. Four hours of waiting with an appointment and no care is unacceptable. This office seriously needs to be investigated. The tall lady with the braids hates her job, the Hispanic lady that left at 12:30 seemed to be the only one with a little care about her job. Asian man doesn't even check vitals just asks weight puts the bp cuff on doesn't even let it finish takes it off only to go stand around twirling his fingers. Dr comes in after four hours says 1 sentence then she's gone never sees her again. Everyone was just present and collecting a check seriously if we're paying for a service this needs to be fixed changed and handled because the way we were all treated like just a number is unacceptable and ridiculous. Then has the nerve to charge $240.00 and no one even as so spoke a full sentence to me. No service at all and 240.00 is crazy. I will report this to my insurance.

Thankfully, they prescribed me meds to help with the pain. Everyone is very knowledgeable & they make you feel like family from the moment you step foot in the door. The wait was about 10 minutes to get my xrays done then I was taken to room for gum exam, then a 5 min wait to see Dr Patel (who was super friendly and helpful) then the benefits coordinator came in and allowed me to pay and schedule my next appointment in the room. Finally a short wait to see the hygienist (thorough, quick, friendly) who performed my cleaning and fluoride treatment. Overall I felt great about the experience. In my experience, these services have always been 100% covered, even out of network. I was never informed of the cost before being taken into the room and having the cleaning done. When I questioned this, they told me it was my responsibility to ask about pricing and that they were not obligated to inform me beforehand. I took it as a lesson learned for not asking in advance, since I had never had to pay for a basic cleaning before. About a month later, I received another bill for an additional $155.40. I called regarding these new charges, and the person who answered said she would escalate it to the manager. Two months later, I was sent yet another charge--this time $20 for a "processing fee." Their reasoning was that I did not respond to their attempts to contact me, even though I had been the one consistently calling them about the bill. The front office staff refuses to take any responsibility or accountability. They deny everything and shift the blame back onto the patient. At this point, I feel like I'm being scammed. I contacted My cardiologist and he replied that he had never (ever) completed a form from another dr and that his letter was sufficient for all other practices requests. So I cannot get in touch with them. I literally think they are not accepting my calls. All I'm trying to is to pay Brident on Main for a cleaning and a $2000 crown. Perhaps they have decided to refuse service to me, but can't be bothered to let me know. Some of this review is out of order and I have left out some other snarky comments from staff. They have a private parking lot which had plenty of spots. The lobby was very clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. I have extreme anxiety related to dental procedures including cleanings due to sensitive gums. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant first time experience with the hygienist that day & even felt ashamed by her remarks. I wish there was more caring bedside manners especially coming in as a new patient & informing her of personal struggles but I decided to come back for a second appointment to fix other dental issues. The assistant that day was very kind and even noticed when I would tense up. She immediately reassured me and encouraged me to relax as best as I can. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated it. Dr. Metwali was informative, answered questions without rushing, and made the procedures go smoothly. I didn't have any post procedures issues besides the expected soreness from local injections. I plan on continuing as a patient but will better advocate for myself.
