Heather in the front office has the voice of an angel. When I first called to make an appointment, she made me feel so important on the phone. She was very patient with me as well because I called while I was on the beach in Cozumel, Mexico (weird, huh?). I was called to the back by Anita Gamino. She is one of the best dental assistants I have met so far. She knowledgeable, personable, and puts her patients first. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was prepared and ready for the doctor. Dr. Singh came into the room and it was a wonderful experience after that. She was so funny. I love it when the dentist still acts human with the patients. We laughed and she also educated me on potential bad habits I was forming with my oral care. I came here for a toof cleaning last Wednesday. I have sensitive tooferz so Dr Goldsmith numbed me up real good and my hygienist wife Amber done cleaned up my toof real good, SHE SMELT LIKE LAVENDER TOO!!! I was so comfortable I could have fell asleep while drooling all over myself like a camel. They have big azz tv's to watch nascar on while they scrape your mouth stones too! 10/10 recommend! read more

Love the newly remodeled office. Staff was AWESOME!!! The one and only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I went for X-rays and cleaning with dental insurance. However, this was supposed to be covered at 100% but was informed I have to pay a portion of the bill which was only exam and X-rays. Then they came back and said cleaning was not included. That should have been told that when they confirmed my insurance. read more

They tried to charge me $15 to send me a copy of my x-rays. One email of x-rays that I have already paid for. The lady claimed I was paying for "her time to send the email". Wow, $15 per email. Don't go to this dentist if don't want to be nickle and dimed over small items! read more

Had 3 teeth pulled and 2 cavities filled- had oral sedation and gas. Absolutely did not feel a thing, not even the lidocaine being injected. Gorgeous state of the art office. My driver absolutely loved it, also. She enjoyed the Starbucks coffee station & laid back in the massaging chairs while she waited for me. read more

Similar to the review below. This office is less than 2 miles from my home. Considering I'm new to the area I was glad this dentist office can accommodate me for a cleaning. Upon making the appointment I was told that they accepted my insurance and is in network. A few days later I received a call collecting $ due to their error. I went in for a cleaning and they charged me an additional $100+ on top of existing charges. There was also a $75 appointment fee up front that can be used on your next visit. They admitted they made an error accepting my insurance that was out of network but obviously still charged me. They continue to text and call time after time even after I've told them that I no longer want any dental care done at their facility. read more

If you have had a root canel at this pratice it will last. Maybe a year or less. The dentist Dr Farkas does not practice isolation. So bacteria will be traped. Get references from past patients. I really wrote this review to bring patient awareness. You tube is an awsome tool when it comes to dental procedures. Ask a lot of question. Ask the staff to explaine it to you. Even if your in pain a good dentist will make sure you have all the information you need. FYI most of the time patient cant get numb because of the infection. Do you home work. As far as the Orthodontist she is awsome. She completely my daughter braces in the time that was projected for Dr Sarah Lowe. read more

Dr Farkas has been my dentist for over 20 years. He has worked on my teeth as well as my 4 siblings, their families and my son's. The service is fantastic and quite a few nice amenities - lavender neck wrap when getting procedures does (or teeth cleaned) is just one! The office is clean and the staff is wonderful. He does try to stay cutting edge, which is fantastic for me. I highly recommend Northshore Dental. read more

I've been a patient at this practice for nearly 20 years. Things were great! Then a few years ago they changed office personnel. It had been a few years since we had been until last year. My husband and I both went and had a lot of work done. Each time we were there, we would have to pay for the services we were having done that day. There were about four or five visits and each time we made a payment. Then in March of this year, my husband went for a cleaning and was told we owed over $500! I don't understand how this happened, other than them taking partial payment up front, and knowing there would be a lot more due, but not telling me so that we would get the work done and HAVE to pay them. During all those months, from September to April, I never received a statement. Then I got one for almost $600 saying it was past due! I thought we were paid up! Then they're telling me I have to pay $600 right now?! I've made a couple of small payments (what I can afford), and now they've sent me to collections! I would avoid this practice and find a practice that is honest in their estimates and/or billing practices. read more

I went to NS Dental not sure of what to expect. The staff was very friendly, informative and understanding of my lack of dental hygiene. After a short wait I was examined, xrayed ,photographed and advised that I needed teeth pulled,repaired and cleaned. After convincing me that everything was going to be alright. They gave me an appointment that fit my busy schedule. I arrived at exactly 7:10 am on Friday was escorted directly to the chair a very friendly and pretty I might add Christina informed me of the procedure.the Doc came in shortly afterwards and got right to work. I had five teeth pulled care instructions and products by 8:30 am. To be quite honest I have been to children's birthday parties that were more painful than my experience at NSDental I would recommend these guys to anyone more especially people like me who act like big babies when it comes to pain. This was absolutely the most pleasant visit I have ever made to a doctor's office. read more

Deceiving billing practices!! Do your due dilligence before going in!! they will tell you they accept your insurance when you call to schedule your first time appointment but later when the 1500.00 plus bill comes in they explain they are not covered under any insurance plans!!!! They should be honest up front and allow the client to decide whether they want to overpay for dental services. read more
